Seriously i will buy both jbl and devielet they both sound good in their own right , but the devielet wins overal

I guess this is the best comparison to describe how big the sound of devialet mania.

What was the other song you kept playing over and over when switching between the jbl and the Devialet in the middle of the video. I think it was female vocals. Thx

Devialet seems to dig deeper

Great review. Love the body- / head-mount cam. I'm becoming bore and more fascinated by Devialet. I'm a fan of imaging and soundstage above all, though, as opposed to perfect frequency response. (BTW you've possibly the best accent on YT.)

In fact I have seen this product in person in Dubai. Had a brief listen and was impressed with the amount of sound this thing can output, especially in this size. Just 2 days back ordered 2 of these. One for me and one for my son.😊

Yeah, we have had a few talks about Devialet before on KZread and you told me how impressed you were with the sound and that you were waiting for this to come to India and also you were planning on buying two of them one for your son who is into sound. Good video, thanks! ☺️ But I have an important question: I got mine yesterday, i love the sound basically, but if i listen to some tracks with an hard bass like some house or techno tracks and adjust bass/treble to plus 3 or higher and i go at 75% volume, than it sounds like the mania couldn’t handle that bass, it sounds like overdrive, like the membranes hit something or the air couldn’t get out from the inside… but that’s only with bass heavy songs, in other normal songs i could set it to +3 or so and go to 100% volume without this problem, so inreally don’t know if it’s normal because it’s simply to much bass for this thing if i put the eq to plus or if my mania is broken… 🤔 And it’s only on one side, not on the other which is strange too, but that could eventually be because it’s not exactly the same on the inside on both sides ? The thing is, i think if the speaker would be broken, then it wouldn’t play without distortion if i put the eq on neutral and 100% volume because that’s allready bass heavy, or am i wrong ? But at the same time i am a little bit disappointed because on a premium brand with the i think most expensive speaker in this class that shouldn’t be possible to acchieve an distortion in my opinion, even if i adjust the bass to +6! Could you please try this song and put the bass to +6 and go about 70% so i know if i have to send it back or its normal ? The song was: „Kolter - washed away“ and i heard it on spotify via airplay

It doesn't do it my side however it does lower the bass considerably! Please try sending it back and get a replacement unit!

Listing to this on my skullcandy anc 2, it blew me away how much of these low bass tones i heard, plus these nice sharp and crispy highs. It sounds amazing for its size, but there is no way that is nicely affordable 😂😅

Hi, you may think devialet ok ,you don't know jbl is different devialet use jbl and up volume only but if you full volume at jbl you know it .

For the money and sound for me the best small speaker is Minirig 3 which will smash jbl like a Thanksgiving turkey . You can pair them in true stereo and are easily almost as loud as the jbl party box but no bigger than a mug of tea.

@The_Animal_Man u don't have a minirig 3 cos if u did u would know that there is no jbl product out there that test these . There are 100s of reviews of minirig vs more expensive competition getting roasted by minirig for clarity power and build. There is a review on you tube showing a minirig 3 set up in a 2.1 configuring as loud and more clear than the jbl party box. So when u say the lies u sound like an imbecile because these are opinions . Imo based on its price vs size and sound produced it's clear u don't know what you are talking about . Name one speaker of equal size with its own d class amp with true strereo ability to control all functions through the phone app and can be rigged to any amount of minirigs combined along with the world's most powerful sub at that size .

JBL is no match for devialet😆 JBL is the one you bring to the beach and blast it with all your friends partying and drinking, Devialet is the one where you and your friends are chilling at a studio listening to jazz🤣 (I own the JBL and honestly for the price there are better options)

@@silver.spec.b8588 checkout the JBL 4329P, it's a proper hifi stereo set, heard it live, was fantastic! Add a sub and you're pretty much done! (there are smaller and larger options for this model too)
