I just bought Siralim Ultimate a few weeks ago and I am absolutely smitten with it. The developer is a gem. Not only that, but he knows how to traffic good publicity. I'll definitely stick around to see where this developer goes.

@@jaxxh6529 It's from Siralim Ultimate, called Battle (S1 & 2) in the game, the file itself is called mus_classic_battletheme in the game's folder.

Having put in over 300 hours of SU and not even scratching its surface, wow. Hats off!

Easily my favourite monster taming game. And that is not because I dislike games like DQM, Pokémon, Coromon or Monster Sanctuary, but genuinely because of how good SU is. It scratches that one itch that no other game does. It is for people who don't care about stories, or don't want to read too much of it, and rather spend their time with team building and theory crafting. The possibilities in that regard are limitless and while not everything works, there are so many things that do work, that you never really feel shoehorned into one specific playstyle, like how in most games you just go for monsters that are fast and do a lot of damage. Here, you can strategise to your heart's content, and the macro options, that allows you to do some softcore programming, i.e. "if this, then that"-coding, even allows you to stay completely hands off during the many battles, even if your strategy is a bit more complex than just "do much damage quick". This alone, is already mighty cool, and I love the game for it. But what makes it my favourite monster tamer ever, is the fact that they also added fun and meaningful loot to it. It feels like a Diablo in that sense, and you always stay curious about what you could find in the random realms. A lot of the stuff you find is even just cosmetic, which is another thing I love (and a thing that in this day and age usually comes for a price). So doing one more realm is not only something that makes you a little bit stronger every time, it also allows you one more chance of finding something really cool. This gameplay loop is straight up perfect, and from what I heard, we will be able to expect something similar in their new game, so I am very, very hyped already. But yeah, every monster tamer should give SU a try. It will not be for everyone, as some aspects that are important to some are not really its strong suit, but maybe you will also be one of the people for whom it is the perfect game. 🥰

This game is really solid. I beat the main story (mildly abusing Animator and how busted that can get) but I really need to play more. There are legitimately near-infinte amount of ways you can play this game, and it sounds like there's only gonna be more. Really excited for what they're doing in the future

I've got around 20 hours in Siralium Ultimate (i did the story mode) , i actually did bought the game because of this video and what i do have to say about it is that the game is full of content, so full that at first 5 hours you get completely overhelmed, and the best approach is just to keep playing and trying to absove the content while you advance in the story mode I have to say that the main core of the game is very short you basically: Gather 6 monsters > go to world that has 3 realms (the third one has a story mode boss) > while in these realms you defeat enemies, gather resources and do little tasks to the God of those worlds (its very simple) to progesso the story> go back to your Castle and repeat the loop Beetween this sections you can fuse your monsters, equip some Spells and weapons with the resources you been collecting, but there are so many monsters, spells, equips, and for me i just got 6 monsters for 70% of the story mode, and the last sections i did change my team in the late game, but still did not find the urge to swap monsters that much. Overall is a basic experience, that can ge very deep if you do spend a lot of time managing your monsters and itens, but regardless the main core of the gameplay is always the same, which is pretty repetitive in my opinion, and the story itself is kind basic But i can see myself going back to it, to do some different teams to embrace more of its content

I'm still somewhat interested in this. On the surface, it doesn't look like my kind of game, but I'd be willing to try it, especially just cause of how cool this dev is. Lol.

It's the disgaea of monster taming games. Practically endless, but you will feel burnt out if you don't love numbers lol

The Siralim series is great. Love it.

Thank you so much for making this video. I had no idea this game was still being updated. The content in it already is already the most insane amount in any video game ever. I am so excited to try sandbox mode my favorite part of the game is the theory crafting. Im also excited for a new now siralim ultimate game im really hoping its a non monster taming game and more rpg class focused game. Could you imagine a rpg dungeon crawler with the insane amount of customization of this game. You would have more options to customize your characters abilities than dnd.

Yeah, SU's fucking boss, I'm roughly 100 hours in and trying to hit the Gate. You have free reign to get busted, but you can easily see how your "busted team" can get jobbed into a coma by a different setup. Hell for some just spells. And (once you get a ways in) you can build a team that accomplishes whatever the hell you wanna accomplish. Do you wanna be a slow approaching death kinda tonberry style? Do you wanna directly attack the enemies stats? How about their commands? Do you want to turn your team into an internal combustion engine? You can make Whatever The Fuck You Want dude. Also Genaros is the best god. I'm Right.

I linked my siralim ultimate to my old steam account. Is there a way to unlink it so i can put it on my new one?

An endless story with procedural generation is amazing.

With a game as easy to make as that there should be 1000+ monsters. Being a dev myself it would be ridiculously easy to make like 25 monsters a day. You could use AI to generate monsters images since that is all they are

Siralim is probably the biggest game on the game maker engine, doesn't use AI either, I don't think its 'easy to make'

I've worked on a lot of game JUST LIKE THIS. if you aren't a programmer or coder you have no idea what you're talking about bro
