Why Villa and not Spurs, Fulham, Westham? Recency bias cannot be an excuse. Besides we had 75 minutes of domination and could not score and a final 15 minutes where Villa came to the party.

The "thing" in the bottom mid honestly just said, and I do quote... "How can you not see what's happening... You can't deny what's been happening..." I can see what's been happening. No trophies in 4 years. "You look at how broken we were..." You won a trophy with that "broken" squad! Then "Super Mik" cleared all of them out and won nothing. Sophie, the 'process' that you praise Arteta for has cost us 4 years without a trophy. We're now 20 years without a PL title and we have every right to be impatient as Arsenal fans.

Left back Xhaka at European semi final is when i gave up on Arteta. I haven't changed my mind.

Don't usually agree with Sophie, but she was on point here.

Arteta deep in his heart wants to play Havertz in midfield, that's what he bought him for. But he knows in his mind that Havertz doesn't have ball keeping ability and leaves gaps in midfield, he's more of a Muller than Xavi. It absolutely pains him but at the same time he wants to win so he has to drop the stubbornness eventually. This Havertz in midfield experiment is one bad habit he picked from Pep Guardiola who probably would have two champions league titles instead of one with man city if he didn't have habit of experimenting in important games.

A wiseman once said football a true humbler why are people so quick to switch up opinions on managers but the have the double standards energy to now mock n say if u speak negative about the manager somehow we now aint arsenal fans im a fan of arsenal fc the club not the players and certainly not the manager imo

My biggest worry for transfer season is we wont get ruthless players to get over the line and Arteta will put us in an underdog postition just so people can make excuses for another season, lets hope im wrong 😅

We were better in the first leg because havertz played midfield. come on now, you can not like the player there but you have to at some point acknowledge how he functions in the midfield. havertz in the midfield was the only way for us to beat Bayern this season, it's why arteta tried it again against villa in the lead up to the away leg. people also need to start accepting that Jesus is fool's gold of a player, tells me a lot when people are so enamoured with the striker who doesn't score goals. nketiah more dangerous than jesus, cry about it 🤷
