That little girl smiles the moment she realizes she's allright. She doesn't quite understand her Daddy just protected her. But she feels it. & that's how it goes in a healthy family. Not until we are parents ourselves, do children fully fathom the depth of love and self-sacrifice, and so much more that goes into being a good parent, and maintaining a healthy family. May this cute little family be blessed w it all forever.

Yep! As a mother. I did the same thing twice in my life once at work when a client was just starting an grandmal epileptic fit as he went crashing to the floor. I managed to land the pillow exactly where his head landed. Preventing a serious head injury. Two years later diverting my daughter falling into the lit fire place. Both were protective instincts. That felt like slow motion. And couldn't be consciously duplicated. Just like this father.

Way to go Dad!! I’ll never forget being at my grandson‘s birthday party and being way up high on this play maze, type of equipment and this four year old boy slipped and would’ve fell to the very bottom definitely causing serious injuries and I caught him by his wrist and he was my little best friend from then on. I know that wonderful feeling of saving a little person from injury. What a wonderful father, you are.

My dad did it too. He saved my younger sister who I was seeing her falling slow motion. I have just stunted and seen it with no reflection even I had sitting near just 1 meter. My dad who stood far around 2.50 meters from my sister, he had immediately rushing to pick her up. I feel like my dad a Superman or Tarzan.
