howcome my cdm keeps going to left midfield when defending in a 442? ive checked to make sure that the cover wing cm and come back on defense forward are on opposite sides. i am trying to invert the tactics tho ie. my left cm on cover wing and rf on come back, is that possible or does it have to be lf?

thats the tactics i use also i was surprised u posting it also play most of my guys on balaced even the instructions were same haha

I tried these tactics exactly how you have them set up but for some reason my CDM and RCM swap places in game. So for me Guimaraes would play RM on D in the 442 and Insigne drops back and plays RCM. Once I get the ball they attack normally and my CDM stays back, but my Insigne player is now attacking right behind the striker essentially instead of out wide because he is coming forward from RCM rather than RM. Any ideas? Keep up the killer content btw, TOTS to Glory with Shawrey is gas

Great Content as normal Tom especially like the ones you drop tactics. Personally had a mare last week so before posting my testimonial I had to try them out but after a number of games and not just one game to tell you I won then I go to sh*t. So I'm on old gen tried these first game 2 goals conceded straight cut right open so half time dropped defensive width to 40 conceded 1 but drew 3-3 from 2 down happy days next game started with the 40 drew 2-2 😂 3rd game dropped defensive width to 35 (my depth is 55 which is my comfort level) so In a nutshell can't defend. After dropping to 35 I've never looked back on course for div 3 after a 6 game win streak on rivals and currently 5-0 on WL without conceding. Big thanks Tom keep up the good work
