After you show row 6 a 3 was on the screen, does that mean you do row 6 three times?

No, on the top left corner you'll find the instruction to work row 6. After that, I indicate to finish it, coming back by working the next row (7) in the same way. The number 3 you're referring to, is written in the next clip where I show that I've worked a total of 3 rows in the same way (row 5, row 6, and row 7). 😊

Sl st. Just keep alternating the stitches as I show in the video. If you have fewer and fewer stitches, it means you are skipping some. I recommend counting them as you work or using a stitch marker to help you identify the first and last stitch of each round. 😊
