I have researched and watched the patterns of spread for Sars-Cov-2 ( the virus that causes the disease Covid-19) for the last 3 months. The media has constantly denied true accurate findings that well respected doctors, virologists, PHd's in statistics etc have said. Only to time and time again come out with 2 weeks later that the information is true after all. This is how things are done and as citizens we should come to understand. It is important to stay informed don't just read a few articles but more so read into opposing views so that you can filter out more accurate information over time. It helps a great deal. It is known that not just in NY, our country and in other countries that a number of test kits have been faulty. The lady that was tested positive in NY was the 32nd person in the country to be tested. There are believed to be clusters of people in California and NY that are suspected to be positive and are self quarantined and being monitored. Officials have now confirmed what was suspected in California and Washington that there had been communal spread in those states with implied communal spread in NY. It is known that with any new and ongoing virus statistics on info (and numbers) can and do change, we will only know the stats on this virus once it is over. It is estimated that our country has hundreds of cases and that the latest by next week we will have thousands of undetected spread. In some patients outside of the U.S. it has been reported and confirmed that for a few the symptoms showed up 28 days later. We are no longer able to contain it which is obvious the country now is trying to mitigate the spread. Now we can all do our part together to try to slow it down and perhaps limit/reduce the spread. Wear proper protection and clothing limit your chances of getting sick which can increase your chances of getting this virus. Stand more than 6 feet away preferably from people. Don't touch the subway poles. Stop touching your eyes and face I know we all have that habit but just don't. Be safe and aware of your surroundings clean your hands wash your hands with good soap and water for at least 30 seconds. Live your life for now with good healthy hygenic precautions in the meantime but do avoid large crowds/gatherings dont go to massive concerts. Get all your medications while you can if you need prescriptions that will be trickier. There are lists available on the current limited and affected stocks on medicines online. We will see in the next weeks how this will probably play out. If you are sick at least wear the simple real medical masks. Make sure of that the inside is usually white with the outside being blue which has a waterproof layer. This kind of mask only keeps a sick person from spreading the flu and potentially this strain of coronavirus. This kind of mask will not keep you safe from getting this virus. You need a tight seal from your mask on your face. N 95 masks can keep you slightly safer but don't efficiently filter out this virus assuming you are wearing it correctly. N 95s only filter 0.5 microns. Sars-cov-2 is roughly 0.3 microns which is smaller so technically it can enter through the pores of a N 95 mask. Also if you wear an N 95 mask incorrectly which often have to be fitted you can kind of try to do it yourself but anyways wearing an N 95 incorrectly can from the gaps suck in the virus as you breathe. So masks or even home made masks that have a tight seal most importantly and that filter at least 99.97% or more should be enough to filter out this virus. P-100 filters (otherwise known as Hepa filters, P3 filters) that are in good masks can filter 0.3 microns. Eyewear would also be good such as goggles or if for now you are too embarrassed and socially conscious then buy sunglasses with goggle type inserts ( there will be a small gap tho on the top end corners though). For now at least wear glasses or sunglasses. Bring hand sanitizer with you that kills 99.97% of bacteria and viruses. Garlic is actually in many cases proven to kill the outside wall of a virus not just with the common cold but many others. Sure this is a new virus the media will say otherwise like they do with all things until they are 100% allowed to be proven true. Despite it being a new virus it couldn't hurt to try it. You wpuld have to incrmentally eat at least 1 to 2 raw garlic cloves for it to work over time do not ever eat raw garlic on an empty stomach as it can cause stomach ulcers which you do not want. Always eat raw garlic with a sufficient well balanced healthy meal. You are what you eat in a sense. Garlic can drop your blood pressure so be careful and like I said again eat the healthy meals you are supposed to eat during your day and learn how to with proper foods combate lowered blood pressure. Stay hydrated drink lots of good healthy water that is filtered it is essential for your overall health. 70 % isopropyl alcohol is thought to be better than 90% as it does not evaporate quite as fast because of the water in it. Get your cleaning supplies and change your clothes when you get inside the house by the door. Wash your hands for 30 seconds with good soap that you know works. If you have any questions about anything or about good masks and why or why not some masks work you can message me. Otherwise a good channel for masks and some info to look at for example on KZread would be weaponsandstuff93 He knows what he is talking about. Dr. John Campbell has been right about what he says he is well respected too also he has been on the news too. Agenda free tv on KZread keeps good updates on cases and information. I will try to find links to articles and info periodically. Most importantly we need to pray. Tbh I miss the prayer chains we used to do in the southern states. Any one up for praying?

She is strong and healthy and young and we'll get through this. I don't know what type of flu she has but I remember the flu many times in my life and you lay in bed with a high fever and rock back and forth to distract from the aching in your joints and muscles you don't eat and hopefully within two weeks and a lot of pounds lost you will recover. People are afraid to get sick yet this is what builds your immune system. All this media hype and wanting to blame the president for a microscopic entity that we're not even sure exists I think it's all hyped is ridiculous.

The two of them bickering over how to properly cut the cabbage is one of the cutest things ever.

I've been following them daily for weeks now. When people tell me not to worry or it only effects the old, based on absolutely no knowledge at all, at least I know those people are saying such things only to hear themselves talk.
