Daisy May and Charlie Cooper are the sibling duo behind the award-winning BBC Three comedy, This Country.
They sat down with Radio 1 Newsbeat to chat about what to expect from This Country's third series, which will air early next year. A new book, published earlier this month, will keep fans going until then.
Aside from dropping an accidental spoiler about Big Mandy, they also opened up about what it was really like growing up in a small village, why the show has attracted such a devoted following, and why Daisy would rather wear bin bags to the Baftas.

I'm in Canada and I LOVE This Country!! Facebook clips found me and I went looking for full episodes and finally found them on the CBC Gem app. LOVE! Aftermath was amazing!! Don't be too self deprecating, I was actively searching for you and had a hard time finding the show. If it was more accessible you will definitely have a huge audience in North America!

I am sick sick SICK of yet another BBC Cotswoldcentric Country Comedy!! (that is three 'C's which means I must be really angry... it also means I am joking). As a country Kid myself I can confirm this is brutally accurate. This was me in the late 80's but I as way cooler than these two because I dressed like a Bergerac, complete with bat-wing blouson bought from the rugby indoor market and size 28 stonewashed Silver Saddle jeans... and the crazy thing about that is, here I am over 30 years later and I have just tested these jeans... and the incredible thing is they are Still too small for me!!! 🏆🇬🇧

It was on Hulu here on the Rez. I loved it, bummed haven't seen season three. Hate the American refab. These two are hilarious. This country was like life on the Rez!!!🤪😜😘😆😀😄😁

I dont know why people from cities (like the woman in this video) mock life in the countryside. As if theyre on some higher pedestal or something. each to their own, people have different tastes
