Garret some professional advice, you should never workout after a massage, your muscles have been rushed with blood and oxygen and your body is full of toxins after a massage so it’s important to hydrate as much as possible so you can release the toxins thru urination, and your body them needs like 12 hrs to recover, if you workout with all the toxins in your body your muscles will not be able to relax and recover properly, it’s an overload and you could end up pulling a muscle or at very least increase inflammation
