your reaction was my reaction, I was so hyped up for this song and it didn’t disappoint, the call backs to other fnaf songs what literal gold and the animation OH MY GOD. Anyway I loved this song.

I think this song is supposed to make you feel a bittersweet nostalgia. The characters (and the franchise) for that matter finally had a conclusion in Pizza Simulator only for it to be ripped away in Security Breach. In that same vein, when Scott was confronted by controversy, he essentially buried the franchise and the community, which I think is represented by the blob here.

I mean, the only thing he really buried was his connection with the community. He still worked and IS working on fnaf. He hasn't retired at all simply because of his political stance. He just wants to distance himself from those who harassed him for said stance

This song gives me the chills.

Fun fact the lyrics where the fnaf 1 and 2 animatronics come in was referring to the fnaf fandom and what has happened to it throughout the years of fnaf about us constantly fighting and as it slowly falling apart but on the ending of the lyrics of the fnaf 1 and fnaf 2 part "your mine" means even though with its faults its our fandom and nothings gonna change that fact

It’s the fnaf 1 bit. They could’ve had a million versions of that bit in alternate universes and they happened to craft the one ungodly version of it paired with the og animatronics and the singer.

I always interpreted the original fnaf animatronics as the specific fnaf fans who wanted tlt to make fnaf songs after their last one (which was 6 years ago) and Gregory is tlt. Some people have also interpreted the classic part as fnaf slowly losing it's quality. Having plenty of different interpretations is pretty cool! :D

Personally I believe the original animatronics respresent what TLT thinks and Gregory represents the fanbase. They speak about how it was better in the earlier days and how it feels like there's toxicity everywhere, how it's their fault things have gotten so bad. "How long do we have to try" is vaguely asking just how long will the fanbase stay as toxic as it is now

the way you misunderstand the lyrics though lmao its not about whatever you were talking about it was about the in game characters and what they have been through, you probably didn't play many games but these guys have been through hell literally and figuratively. other than that nice reaction to watching it for the first time

The song could also be about Scott's rettirement, the lyrics and visuals would make even more sense, in the scene where the original animatronics are talking to Gregory with empty eyesockets could represent the fnaf franchise itself, and how it's a hollow shell of it's former self after scott left, leaving the kingdom burning, just like in the lyrics. And ending with the blob representing what fnaf has become, a massive entanglement of a story

Something I felt from this song was a feeling of betrayal, loss, and overall just tiredness. I feel like this song encompasses the feelinhs of the fandom having to deal with Scott's shit and all of the things hes done and how instead of meeting those criticisms, he locked himself off by "retiring" and left the fandom by itself to wallow in the mess he made.

Man Scott treated everyone so well donating to those in need and keeping all his stuff to himself. Second something so miniature slipped y’all tore him up, *Threatened his whole family with multiple counts of doxxing* and said how he was the spawn of Satan just for having his own preferences. He didn’t show his true colours. His fans did and it was the most worst thing I’ve ever seen.
