this is pretty much my favorite coin pusher solely because it plays Bemani songs during the Fever Rush bonus lol 14:26 IIDX GOOOOOOOOOOLD!
It's nice to hear the Bemani music (Music from Konami's rhythm games, also at Round 1) is retained here, as well. (As a rhythm game nerd) Hilarious to have a song called "Gold Rush" in the game.
That's a nice coin pusher, especially how it creates the image at the end! I reckon some people would collect a set and permanently frame it :D
So fun fact I was playing this machine and twice I had to call the attendant cause the cards piled up in such a way they weren’t paying out. You are actually entitled to all those cards that come out…sadly I had two near complete sets but one card short on both of them

Was it card A?
Great video ClawD00d! We're big fans. Glad you got to play Smash Stadium on US soil. Parker loves this game, and we recently got to play it at our Round1 in southern CA. Thanks for the tip about the Fever Rush timing. Going to try it this weekend with Parker. Happy arcading!
A’s are pretty rare
Awesome news! Round 1 Las Vegas now has this game but it isn't set up yet. Can't wait!
I got a full set today, and yes, A card is the rare. I have 3 full sets at the moment minus the A card. I was able to get the A card today, but already cashed the full set in for the 3,000 ticket bonus.
O.O I'll have to check my local place to see if they have it. I've been wanting to see these huge coin pushers in the USA
Just saw this at my local round1 and remembered seeing your thumbnail, now I know how to play it!
Got 3 sets today. So fun
Pretty cool game. Looks like lots of fun. Best wishes always.
Cannot wait for the Super Nintendo World video, and then the Fortune Trinity Jackpot video, in which I am excited for! So hyped! And did you know that Fortune Trinity 5 has started the testing phase? It has the Pirates Jackpot, the Iron Jackpot, and the Pharoah Jackpot!

It also features dual coin shooting for the first time in Fortune Trinity history! Now you can shoot coins from the left and right sides!

Fortune Trinity 5? That sounds exciting! Looking into maybe doing a trip this summer, but we are still figuring out the logistics part of it. Fingers crossed !

@@ClawD00d Hoping it gets released this summer! Possibly my guesses is that it might get released anywhere from July to September.
But this version is very different from the Japanese version
Just tried it out in Holyoke MA, feels more accessible than marble carnival to me personally and a glitch caused one of the hyper rush balls to stay in the center so had 3 balls on the next one. Just need card A and H next time
LOL…. My Round 1 finally got this but they don’t have it running yet. Maybe next time I go they will.
i love that game. little bit different but i would love to try it.
Hasn’t made it to my Round 1 as of yet on the east coast. This looks like fun though.

Well, you have to understand that we don't have medal arcades like you do over there. Second, a wheel rather than slots makes sense when you consider we're a little bit more sensitive to casino elements when there are physical 'coins' involved. As you can see, our arcades usually pay out in tickets (they used to be little physical pieces of paper), that can be redeemed for non-monetary prizes. For example, you might be able to get a plush toy for 10,000 tickets, depending on the establishment. After all that, you might see why they would make changes to the machine for the American audience.

@Budget Coin Hunter exactly, it's also illegal in some states to have coin pushers that give out monetary prizes, ie the ones where you put quarters in in the hope of pushing quarters out so these machines have to be adapted to fit the laws of the USA

@@user-jz1zj1mj7k Correct. If it helps, it can be thought of like localizing a video game. Sometimes dialogue gets rewritten to fit the new audience better. In this case, part of the game is physical, so they had to change components in order to fit into American arcades. If you're familiar with Capcom's 逆転裁判 series (Ace Attorney in the West), you can see that kind of change in action. 成歩堂 龍一 is renamed to Phoenix Wright, so that the pun in the name is retained in English. As far as visiting Japan, well, I want to when the opportunity comes. In the meantime, I'd need to actually learn Japanese rather than use Google Translate... LOL! I studied it for a year in college, but I know very little.
Which Round1 is this?
Trying to get the A card is so hard😭😭😭
I've played this since it first came to Round 1 and I've only gotten and seen 2 A cards.
Something tells me you can make a trade with the card you are looking for along with the one you don't need.
Cool
Where is that at
Which round1?

Yo I go to this Round one all the time!
This is very fun. I wonder if there is a more degenerate knock off version with carrying dollar amounts for the cards that drop ;) .
how much is that machine??
Where is this Round 1?

Hi Jill FYI, we spotted them at 2 Round1 locations in southern CA (Santa Ana and Burbank.) Best:)
I do not know the actual math on whether the JP or US version of this game is "better" or not, but I will say the JP on looks more interesting to play than the US one. I have gotten to play the US one at my local round 1 and comparing it to your video on the JP one, there is just a lot more going on in the JP one, more lights and sounds which make these games fun, the US one felt a little boring compared to even Marble Carnival. Better music and cuter characters than Marble Carnival though
damn they nerfed the hell out of the game, still looks fun though

Despite that, it unironically looks better to play, than it's Japanese counter part, the Rush Roulette looks like it's at least semi-skill based and the Fever Rush... even a bad one helps you progress. Where as in Japan, there is no real skill to that game and a bad fever rush is just a bad fever rush, game over.
@budgetcoinhunter

@@bigbensynthony3956 Probably due to culture. You're getting tickets here vs. more medals to keep playing. Since there's no redeeming your medal winnings in Japan, the games are free to have as many gambling elements and payout variance as they want. Since the fever rush usually takes a fair investment to reach, it makes sense you'd get better overall results on this one, to reflect your pay-in.

@@budgetcoinhunter Still though, I find it both funny and sad at the same time that the nerfed US version is a better game than the Japanese version, I mean Konami's latest Medal Games have been about as good as Pachinko games, and we all know how 'good' those games are (well except Momotetsu that one's alright) . Meanwhile SEGA have been knocking out some bangers taking full advantage of the fact that Medal Games are WAY more flexible than pachinko (even though sometimes that doesn't work out, like in the case of Babel).
