PMC3 (precious metal clay) is the current iteration, but it has been around for at least 20 yrs. It's not cheap though, just fyi. They have different formulas: sheet, syringe, flex, etc, and different metals these days: copper, silver, gold alloy.

I'm so excited you're making videos again! I love your art and humor ♥️ you're awesome!
Very impressive for your first metal clay piece. The fact that it's white coming out of the kiln has nothing to do with silver oxides though. The surface of the .999 fine silver is microscopically bumpy and doesn't look shiny until you smooth those bumps through burnishing/polishing. Also, your wife can use the silver clay decorating her pottery pieces too, many folks have done that.
Wow! I've tried working with that stuff, it's not nearly as easy you make it look😅 it dries out fast, cracks constantly, gets slimey with a hint of water and I cried every time I had to wash $5 worth of it off my fingers 😂 such a big beautiful piece, those tentacle details and the way you applied them was fascinating. Another inspiring video, guess I'll try it again ❤

There is no "white stuff" to scrub off. what you see as white is fine silver in the crystalline form, sort of like how crystals appear on the inner side of a geode. When burnished or compressed, the surface becomes reflective.
