Is it worth visiting small towns in Europe? We spent today exploring Tartu, Estonia. Taking a bus from Talling to Tartu was easy and comfortable.
Tartu is the second-largest city in Estonia and will be the European Capital of Culture in 2024!
Tartu is often considered the "intellectual capital city" of Estonia, as it is home to the nation's oldest and most renowned university, the University of Tartu, which was founded in 1632.
