The "black thing" that kept flashing is called "Z fighting". This occurs in video games where two or more polys are layered exactly at the same position which makes the computer confused of which polygon to render first, therefore it flickers between one and the other.

4:49 I think the tag needs to be "Invulnerable" not "Invincible" as that's how it works for other entities. But even with invulnerable the armor stands can still be broken by creative players.

Thats pretty cool! Next time try to summon an armor stand with a passenger of a falling block. That way you get a full size block you can rotate. And the advanced version: an armor stand with a passenger of an invisible shulker with a passenger of falling sand. Now your virtual block also has hitbox and you can stand on it (just make sure that you set "NoAI" so that the sand block doesn't try to kill you).

Another way to make a circle in Minecraft: get a crappy pc, place a lot of tnt with /fill command, ignite one of them, wait, Minecraft will freeze and there may appear a circular loading cursor

You can load up minecraft right now, even if you have no idea what a mod even is, and do this. Sure, its not in survival, but that's not what he promised. He said, "Look, you can make a circle in minecraft without mods!" And, as you can see, he made a circle in minecraft without mods. It is thus, not clickbait, as he gave the exact content promised in the title and thumbnail. If you want more, go to bed, maybe you can find something better in your dreams. As for me, I'm liking the video, dude deserves it.

@@dragonrider7101 relax Astolfo, I know that this can be done in vanilla without any mod. But it´s a cheaty way to display a title. Yeah, you can do X but only in creative and with great knowledge of commands. It just seemed too tricky to me to ignore it.

Minecraft is a game of squares/cubes, it will never include something of any other shape as a regular thing you can get in survival. You're either 11, or you know this kind of thing is gonna take some effort. If this kind of thing isn't your cup of tea, great, but that doesn't make it clickbait just because its not handed to you on a silver platter.

Dude, again, relax. It´s just an innocent observation of mine. You´re right but this doesn´t make my statement wrong; you can´t do this outside of the creative mode, which makes this not very useful if you really want to add circles to your survival world.

The black things are a coordinate problem. They have exactly the same coordinate and therefore you get this flickering. Dending on the fractional calculation part of the coordinate transformation, a pixel is sometimes and sometimes beelow the other surface. I guess if they would be a bit lower it would be gone.
