Excellent information as usual! I *believe* that another case for using a C-Corp is if you are doing a ROBS (Rollovers as Business Startups) to use your retirement account to fund your startup. Is that accurate and are their alternative to C-Corp for this use case?

Mark Kohler I love your podcast. I'm an avid listener. I believe you care about the little guy however I'm concerned that your law firm does not. You are constantly advising people to call your firm, I've been on a waiting list to become a client for 2 years. I was so excited when I got the news last fall that there was room for my husband and I to join your team as clients. We paid $500 for an initial interview, no tax advice. However when the firm split we were left in limbo. We were not assigned a CPA. We were not told of the split or advised to find a new CPA. I finally got someone in the office to reply to my emails and they won't take us on as clients or refund our $500. I'm so disappointed by this experience. I thought I had finally found the perfect CPA so I could stop telling our CPA how to do our taxes. But instead I had $500 stolen and am in a worse position with no CPA and no end of year tax advice.

Here's to praying you get this resolved to full satisfaction! I'm really so sick of coming across ppl who say all the right things and reel you in by gaining your trust..only to find that it's not them but a so called "team" of strangers who are sicced on you, take your money and scram.

Thanks for this video. I have multiple businesses. My Wholesaling business operates under an LLC taxed as a S-corp. My real estate brokerage business operates under a separate LLC/S-corp. And I have a 3rd LLC/Disregarded that I use to hold and manage my multiple rental property LLCs (all disregarded). I'm running 2 separate payrolls for my 2 active businesses (wholesaling and brokerage). Can I change my overall entity's structure so that I'm able to run payroll from a single entity and reduce the number of tax returns? Does forming a Holding Company LLC/S-corp to hold and manage my various businesses so that it reduces the number of payroll and tax returns for ny businesses?

Thank you. When it comes to business, right niw all I can think about is how to do damage control for legal seperation or full divorce with the person I've been stuck with in an broken way since the inception of marriage. We are both older and our bodies have been showing breaking down. For him It's a complete miracle and gift from Gd that he is still with us (saddle pulmonary embolism in 2009 for anyone curious). Wow life is hard therefore marriage too if lacking skills. Anyways this is a wrong time of life for either to lose our finacial potential by splitting and selling off any or all homes (at least as far as I can see). Our marriage dissolution has been in the courts since November 2022. October 2023 he no longer has a lawyer and he's still stuck on doing is interrogatories. I think my wish would be to put everything into a living trust and write out al the rules. Any thoughts? I'd love to try and live again from a place of purpose. How to move on with love as the intent? Then I can get moving with an LLC. I love your advice here. And I apologize for my off typic concerns. I appreciate your love bu putting good and helpful advice out on KZread.❤
