I work 3rd shift; as a consequence I never really have time to spend with my friends or anything. I watch all your newest vids, and usually slap on an old playlist and fall asleep. Your videos have always helped me sleep more than anyone else I've watched, and as an epileptic I always appreciate when you point out games being too flashy or needing a setting to turn it off. Us epileptics are usually forgotten when it comes to games; but all that being said your videos do nothing but relax me and bring peace to my chaotic life. Thank you, sincerely

Honestly same...with the exception of his videos being too interesting for me to have on in the background most of the time, I keep watching even when it keeps me awake longer :x lmao Either way agreed, love the content and I hope you don't stop the daily Brotato. Also, if somehow you find yourself running out of new characters to do, let us all know, I'm sure more than a few of us will take that as an excuse to start dabbing on modding the game 😂

I found my people! Everyday on lunch whether at work or home.

My theory: the ring hints that the character is for the modders fiance to play. So that's why he made it super easy

I'm at college, so I usually watch these videos after school, and since here it's 5pm when they're out, it's like a perfect school-home transition to me, relaxing and stuff. Thanks for all this work

I work in a tremendously stressful field and watching your videos is part of my daily decompress routine.

Because you consistently post, I can thankfully watch this every day as I take the bus home and finish it right around when I arive, loved this vibe session though, was fun!

I do have a routine! I watch these on my “lunch break” between noon and one PM. I say “lunch break” because I work from home and can usually eat on the job while I’m working on responding to mail/email requests and then I take a nap on my lunch break LOL So my lunch break is usually nap time with Reto for 45 minutes (video ends ands and my nap continues) and then I go back upstairs to my office and wait for my break to be over.

I always listen to your commentary as a background to my gaming sessions... (its usually around 7:00 PM) You certainly do have a relaxing voice man

I watch your video usually in the evening after its uploaded during preparing my meal. My neighbors might not be to happy about hearing Brotato on full blast at 8.30 in the evening, but it's worth it

Brotato has been great to fall asleep to, as i suffer from anxiety before sleep since my childhood. Right now i have found something else to listen to in bed, so instead i watch the video in the afternoon, usually after class. Dats it, enjoy the algorythm boost

I usually fall asleep mid-video and continue in the morning. Sometime it doesn't happen, but usually it does (like 60% of the time it happens) The videos help with my insomnia. It's been almost 6 months without pills. It's amazing

Turns out brotato videos always come out at 6pm so I always watch it right as it comes out while im having my snack and coffee, pretty relaxing routine

I work during the day, usually starting at 10 AM, I watch around 2 AM when no one is awake to bother me.

20:05 lmao, that was actually pretty damn funny 😂 And to answer your question, I tend to watch your videos after i get home from work while I'm winding down to sleep, which usually ends up being somewhere between 2AM and 6AM 😅 and in case you are worried, i do get sleep, i just stay in till like 1PM :P I really appreciate your content, and you are one of my favorite creators to watch, not in small part that you tend to be pretty damn good at most games you play, and are, intelligent isn't the word, but able to quickly figure out how the systems work and how to best utilize them, which is a favorite part-time of mine, so i appreciate you really digging into all the nuances and nitty gritty of a game to really try and get the most out of it. In addition, there are some games that you introduced me to that were relatively smaller, like Warm Snow, that game is amazing ❤ So yeah, just wanted to say thank you for what you do, and while i really appreciate the daily uploads, don't forget to take care of yourself, and if you need a break feel free to take one ❤ ...though knowing you you probably have a few days of extra uploads ready just in case 😂

I pop it on during the start of my workday while I'm doing the monotonous tasks of checking emails and messages and what not. For balancing the character, maybe limit it to buying 2 items per reroll. Don't think that's ever been done before. Another one, you can't gain pickup range and your attacks push your money away from you.

I think I agree with the armour down and exp-60%. Maybe armour modification down, too, so it is harder for you to dig yourself out of there Maybe -30 armour (or -40/-50) and -80% armour modification. You technically only have 6 (or 8/10) armour down, but it will take you 30 armour pickups to dig yourself out of there. It does mean you don't get as much penalty from -armour pickups, but that's probably fine since semi permanent -6 armour is bad enough (or -8/-10) Maybe speed -1% for every 200/300 materials you have, idk. It would soon be crippling enough even with only +50% mats drop, so Gentle Alien and Logbook become double-edged sword. You also can't take so much speed down. You probably need some speed+ to dig yourself out of the pit, which means 2 or 3 pickups sacrificed for speed+ OR, the fun way, -5% speed for every 800 materials you have. It's the game encumbrances system!

Balance idea: Decrease a random stat by X for each item you buy in the shop scaling with rarity of item bought. Buy a tier 1 item reduces 1 of your stats by 1. Buy a tier 4 item and reduce 1 stat by 4, 4 stats by 1, 2 stats by 2 or 2 stats by 1 and 3 respectively.

I dont have a time that i watch, but i nearly always play the character while watching.

I tend to watch the brotato videos while eating souper arount 7 pm eta. Basically I follow a few youtubers daily. You, Skoottie, mighty jingles, flambass and growling sidewinder when it comes to gaming. Otherwise I'm mostly into short documentaries.. astrum, sci show, animalogic, clint's reptile, pbs space&time etc..

Probably the only way to balance this character would be to eliminate experience gain altogether. You're still going to boost your stats an insane amount through items because of how much money you get

I watch on my work break, i ate Grilled chicken lingui with red pepper Alfredo- unfortunately i only get 30mins so i Didn't finish the ep- usually do so before bed in these cases.

To balance the character you definitely need to either lower the exp amount even more, or make them unable to get items that increases exp.

Actually, I'd watch like videos where Retro talks more freely like in this one! "Imagine if you would get 2 Dollars, everytime you dodge a bullet in Real life. ....you'd almost make 2 Dollars" That's hella funny!!

My nerf would be -50% max hp modifications and -1 max hp when you level up(so you don’t get any hp on level up) the hp mods is to make all damage hurt more in context of the hp you have and how hard it is to gain more
