the 570s bodykit is the high downforce kit by McLaren Special Operations, so most likely not.

If you're talking about the Porsche 918 Spyder with its Weissach Package that is currently in-game, it will perhaps be merged into one car (which is the base model 918 that also exists) when it gets licensed.
