The reason Julie got up so fast from the critical is because she was interacting with the door. Interactions can negate the knock downs.

It's a two-way street too. If you have Bubba's saw just below the sprint threshold, then reaching it while he's stunned will pop him back up instantly.

3:00 if a victim is close enough to interact with anything, like crawling through a gap or crawl space they will be able to immediately go through and cancel being stunned from the chainsaw overhead swing. In this case, she interacted with the door

Yeah he is my favourite family character, followed by HH and Cook 😄 With the changes to victims abilities releasing soon, it’ll be easier to kill Ana and Leland in the basement if you catch them off guard😄

I would like to try that build, but honestly I don't have the energy to try getting two random perks how the skill tree is today. I've already got those two perks but without scout, and took too much tries to get it. And also I enjoy having exterior alarms, because I have to fight my teammates bad grandpa perks

@@RealAJaymes what if the last "random perk" was a "common perk" instead? You wouldn't be able to change that common perk without resetting the tree skill, but you could choose your last random perk. Do you think that could be viable?

Hysterical strength is only for pro players only. If you wanna get the best out of the perk it hard and tricky not everyone can handle it.

I have no reason to lie 😂 but I thought this was hilarious it was our first game back on TCM in quite some time (Connie) been playing DbD and man you ran through us so fast lmfao I love this it’s cool seeing it from the killers eyes but idk what happened when you one shot I fully expected to die straight up idk much about statistics but I figured I got lucky or something and kept mashing slam door when I saw you get stuck in the door frame super funny stuff!

Hahaha! It was great, I always enjoy the game regardless of winning or losing! That confused me so much haha! I realised when editing that it was because you were able to interact with the door (that goes for any interaction like crawl spaces/gaps etc)! It was a great game btw and I enjoyed it thoroughly! I hope you're enjoying TCM so far too! 🙂

Instead of scout I run big swings and vialent and Historical strength it’s one of the best I found the most successful tcm games

this is such a good build, been trying to level it up lately and been having a ton of fun. only thing I can’t decide, is whether to use scout or replace it with big swings. anyone have opinions?

Keep scout, that extra speed is very useful, I would probably change violent instead so you can keep feeding grandpa without having to worry about having a full vial, you would only lose 5% damage but you would have it activated all game no matter what

Scout is very good! Arguably LF’s best perk imo🙂 I’m not sure if you can get big swings with scout, but you don’t necessarily need it, this build is definitely one of his strongest! You could always go the big swings route as it is just as lethal! 🙂 I’m sure I’ve done a previous leatherface video on big swings 🙂

Without going into detail: I think the changes will help to alter the meta. Rushing will be less viable for victims for example - the prevention of ability usage in the first minute of the game. This could be vital for leatherface in the basement and could encourage people to play him more frequently (even though the "no leatherface needed" patch is coming soon). He'll be able to exert tons more pressure on Leland and Ana, and I imagine it will feel more intense as a victim because you'd have to play more vigilantly. Hopefully it will create a stronger feeling of intensity for all of the victims as Leland and Ana will die just as easily as the other characters in the early stages of the game! Fuse spawn change is great on gas station, and of course I am just as excited for the release of the new character and map as everyone else is! My main concern is not being able to find lobbies due to everyone desiring to play the new character haha! If yourself and others would like me to do run downs of the new patches and upcoming releases, I can always do that in a short video if that's something you'd be interested in! In fact, I'll pin a comment to see if that's something people would want to tune in for! I've never considered it so thank you for commenting!

I always try to maintain high revs before swinging! If you have low revs then it’ll consume your entire chainsaw gauge and stall 🙂

What are you insinuating? 1: I dodge a lobby if I don’t get the character I’m striving to get a recording for. Which is very reasonable as I aim to upload every other day. 2: There is no way of identifying the level of people within the lobbies, so that’s a flimsy argument. I’ve also played with high levels and low levels equally in previous videos. 3: If you’d have even bothered to watch (at the very least) the intro, you would see I’ve included all 3 maps. I don’t mind what map I play as I enjoy the game in its entirety.

I been respecting my tree for a half hour trying to get hysterical strength? Is it a random perk? It keeps giving me punishment, activated and confusing mechanisms. 😭😭

You may have missed an attribute or a perk when reaching the end. Vial-ent is also a random perk so you’ll have to keep re-speccing in hopes of getting it! 🙂

this build is nasty on bubba and i'm pretty sure it's the best overall. i've tried max damage bubba (big swings, vial-ent and hysterical strength) but i always come back to this one. the speed from scout is just too good, only downside is you need to get one kill to proc vial-ent but once you do, it's crazy strong. if you're chainsaw sprinting the whole match (which is what you should be doing) hysterical strength isn't too hard to proc. putting stamina or any stamina related perks on LF is actually detrimental. all stats allocated to damage and blood comes in clutch also when you just need that last level to get gramps up to 5, always worth it to sacrifice vial-ent when you get wallhacks lmao.

Yes! This comment is a big W! It’s an incredible build and the speed is absolutely clutch. The execution on Ana on the Slaughterhouse map was a prime example of getting a kill purely because of scout! The speed helps tremendously when patrolling the basement and upstairs on the larger maps! You said it perfectly for the blood harvesting! I always max it second as you get that additional bit of max blood for levelling grandpa up 👴🏼

It's impossible to identify what rank people are. But most matches that I play I perform quite well. Finding 'challenging' games are rarer than you think. I either perform exceedingly well, or I get 2-3 kills (on average) and the other victims escape within 2 minutes due to rushing whilst I'm stuck in execution animations. So there isn't ever a 'well-rounded happy medium' where it's a genuinely competitive and challenging match that goes back and forth (even though I enjoy those matches the most).

Plus You can't see the levels of players anymore, so you can't really say that he keeps dodging until he is grouped against lower levels. Player levels are no longer showing in the lobby. I don't know if you actually watched the video or just decided to chat rubbish, but the guy is literally lvl 99 (Maxed out) and you can see how precise he is when treversing the map. The guy knows each map layout by heart and you can see that in the video and how quickly he catches people off guard.

My opinion on his Maim tree is to go left, middle, middle. You want to limit the chance to stall. If you play a game right, you won't have to worry about overheat cooldown, thus leaving the bottom right useless most games. Stalls for me are rare.

Personally, there's a lot of things that need amending. But the important thing is they gradually keep releasing solid patches and updates that guide the game in the right direction. Sooo many people complain about games that lack fundamentals nowadays, but as long as the game is enjoyable and the devs are consistent in their patches, I'm happy. It's a great game, yes things need changing, but all-in-all I'm still enjoying it after playing 400+ hours 🙂
