No, the reality of Whatnot is that your social media followers are no longer willing to buy random things from you just cuz. It was fun for awhile but it was only going to last so long. Now you're only going to get real organic sales and the chances that someone in a limited audience will actually want something you throw up in a 30 second auction will be very limited. Whatnot is boring now. Too much to sit that long. At first it was exciting. Everyone wants eBay prices but most buyers are resellers. So it is the garage sale of platforms. So you make a little on Whatnot and the buyer will sell will make a little. Also there is a whole lot of unprofessional behavior ( not your show) . Sellers are Sometimes so obnoxious because they’re not getting eBay prices. Or they have 15 or 25 dollars starts and are upset when they sell nothing. You have to understand your platform and what profit you will get. As long as you know the real expectations of how much you will make. I would never sell on Whatnot. I really don’t buy from the platform anymore. It is not fun or profitable. Also too many salty sellers.
