This Box is CURSED! Digimon Digi-Battle Series 2 ~ Yellow Booster Box Opening
Digimon Digi-Battle Series 2 Yellow booster box - quite the mouthful, but that's what we will open today! Digimon Digi-Battle has been my all-time favorite TCG and I never got the chance to open a sealed Series 2 Booster Box before until now!
But.. something's wrong.. Did we perhaps stumble upon a curse from the previous collector, or did we just get very unlucky? Find out together with me, as we open this beautiful Digimon Digi-Battle booster box!
Digimon Digi-Battle Series 2 saw some different print waves in their life. There is the Yellow Series 2 (seen in this video) as well as the Orange Series 2 booster box. Each of these came with 6 holo alternative cards from the Digi-Battle Starter Set. Each set came in a Booster Box with 36 packs, as well as Blister packs. There is also other colours, exclusive to Blister packs.
The third official print was the European version which only had 24 packs and did not feature any of the holo alternative cards from the Starter Set. Pull rates for holo and gold letters cards were also a lot lower in the European print.

I like gold lettering better than holo, i guess it's just personal preferences but overall good pulls man.

Nice to see you get finally a box with legit packs ( no scaled packs or seomething ). And the pulls were great! I had the same thing in my orange box too ... A holo starter card and a gold letter card ( it was also Myotismon ). Maybe i every box you get such a pack.

Makes me wonder if it's always with Myotismon or not. I'd have to crack my orange box to find out, but it will have to wait for now haha Thanks for watching though, means a lot!

@@BopisTCG I think i saw a box opening of one of these and in another pack with a double hit it was Metalgreymon. But im not sure anymore. Sure, i love your videos! Always entertaining.

@@BopisTCG actually for a good opening time, otherwise i only collect german cards, so i'm hoping to trade it for a german display. But i've never saw one for sale 😂 well i paid 300€ for a sealed red 36Pack englisch series 2 Display. Do you think the price was okay ?

@@captainziggymfzb6737 Germany never had a display box, only blisters. At least for Digi-Battle, not sure on the animated series. Italy is the only country that got a display for series 1 (as they never got a second series). Price-wise I'd say it was alright! They go for € 250 - 300 so yeah! Good luck on your pulls! :D

If you want pack fresh cards as in this video, I sell a lot of doubles for a fair price - feel free to send me a message on any social media. Other than that, there is a few Facebook groups where people sell cards, too.
Hey man! I opened a bunch of series 2 boosters and a lot of the foils have stuck to the wrapper from being in the packs for so long. That's what the stains are. Getting a perfect foil is very hard haha

@@BopisTCG Yea I actually pulled an aeroveedramon that was towards the end of a pack and it is flawless. I get the impression that these packs aren't consistent in terms of ratio / card order. Btw I asked you a while ago which perfect fit sleeves work for old school digimon cards and I can't remember what you recommended. If you don't mind reminding me 🙂👍

@@TACalisthenics For Digi-Battle (or even the new Digimon card game), KMC perfect size standard sleeves work well (64 mm x 89 mm). Only issue is that some cards are a milimeter wider, especially non-English cards I've found out, then they won't fit. For those I use Ultra Pro Deck Protector - standard (66 mm x 91 mm). They're a bit thicker, making them sturdier, too. Both come in packs of 100 and are top loaders. Then I put them in regular penny sleeves and into my side loader binders, works perfectly and they can't fall out!
