14:23 that's actually correct terminology, spaghettification is the term for if someone or something was to be pulled into the gravity of a black hole
Oh we gotta see a multiplayer version of this, the absolute chaos would be hilarious.

In the solar system from what I remember, the cores of the gas giants have a solid core of metallic hydrogen. At the extreme temperature and pressure, the hydrogen gets compressed into metallic hydrogen. Edit* I looked it up, and the metallic hydrogen is more of a liquid like substance but they do have a iron and rocky core. Saturn's center is a dense core of metals like iron and nickel surrounded by rocky material and other compounds solidified by intense pressure and heat. It is enveloped by liquid metallic hydrogen inside a layer of liquid hydrogen -

I'm terrified of black holes also, especially in VR. I don't know if you've ever played Megaton Rainfall, great game, but you can find black holes and I was always scared to go near them, especially because of the sound they make. That game also supports VR and in VR I'm even less inclined to go near them.
Glad you enjoyed this! And maybe I will add pluto...

this is a great map, so great im never playing it because of how much anxiety i got from those gas giants atmospheres. just to be clear, this is a compliment, i love to hate how good this is
Spaghettification! It's an actual physics term! Love it! Great video, Neil!
7:17 "hi Discovery and Hope!😊😊"
for Earth you basically landed on the Mackinac Bridge that connects the LP and UP. Nice!
Neil Space Program
Two of my Favorite planets: #1 is the Moon because of the Soviet Lunar probe (I grew up in Polish Peoples Republic in USSR), also because of Sailor Moon and my #2 favorite planet is neptune because of the nice blue/white colors (also, Sailor Moon).

The moon is a moon not a sun lanet
14:10 you are one with the singularity. its called spaghettified while you get pulled into the black hole.
That was awesome to hear the whole intro soundtrack music, during the video. To be honest, already. You have to get a Moon buggy crater competition going bro!
Someone needs to discover a way to land on the planets in one piece and drive around on the surface. Also, Spieler should have included some black monoliths on the moon and around Jupiter, perhaps as targets
@idkirdk5143

there used to be a gravity map that had something like that i dont remember what it was called
What you were doing on the earth ramp was overreving the engine, which then exploded the engine causing the car to jerk and then lose traction, to avoid this, put it in neutral when youre at the car’s top speed
This was super fun to watch! And your commentary was so genuine lolz I had just as much fun watching as you playing
Niche use of EVs that could be very useful for this map: they can (I presume) sustain Jupiter-strength gravity and not have engine issues.
man, after all these years of driving stuff down ramps, I'd hope you'd have a keybind or something to put them in neutral to avoid overrevving the engine. it slows down the cars, and then once it's blown it either locks the drive wheels or lets them roll totally free and throw you off, hence the loss of control on earth's ramp
Saturn was like the Cassini spacecraft! They have to add the dwarf planets. I love your videos!
Neil always goes out of his way to entertain us

wym I came back after years of not watching, actual gameplay effort has got to be lower than ever, seems like everything is rushed and he acts like going down the same ramp twice on some maps takes too much time.

Yeaaah, it was cool when you went through the orbit of this gas giant. I didn’t expect that details in this map). Neilogical you’re the best, keep going and good luck)
That map looks fun
I totaly loved that you put your intro music into the planet earth, that was EPIC!!
3:35 I guess the Space Force did their job…
I remember when there was general fear of the Cern particle Accelerator tests would cause the creation of a black hole that would suck all of Earth into itself and, shit, that made me anxious as fuck. Watching a dramatized enactment of it in a Discovery Channel documentary about it made it severely worse. I know how you feel, man...
At 4:50 you landed just north of Mackinac island actually. Ironic since there are no cars allowed on the island.
I was hoping for a racetrack around the planets. But this is still nice.
13:17 'Instability detected in 'SUNBURST'' LOL Sun just Bursted it.
Mars also has the biggest canyon in the Solar System, by a longshot. It's wider than the US Lower 48! Its name is Valles Marineris, and it's actually named after the Mariner 9 spacecraft, which was the first human-made object to orbit Mars, or any other planet than Earth. Valles Marineris was discovered from its pictures.
Fun fact: Neil was the first person to have ever succeeded in landing a sports car on the moon according to the latest NASA report.
Landed on Mackinaw Island, nice
Always a good day when niel posts
Cedarville, Marquette Island is where about he landed.
When the car fell into the gas giants, it reminded me of “Stranger Things” when Vecna first got banished to the Upside Down.
3:28 The Rizz Obsticules
ohh man in look at the size of the car in front of the earth. thats GIGANTIC!
Would have been funny if the earth was in a giant glass ball with a square opening like the planet druidia(probably spelled wrong) from space balls.
im curious could you race on the rings of saturn and if so would that be considerable in a mutliplayer mode option for a collab if ever needed one to fill in idea if and or when ur lacking any also i find it funny how he says lots of air after saturn but techicly there si no air becase there in space
Great video Neil, too bad there were no fires lol
Really unique map, shout out to Spieler per usual
It's not that you turn into spaghetti but it's that as you enter it time slows and with the pressure you start to stretch out and things warp around you and what everyone outside of it will see is the instant before you entered the black hole because no light is being let out so eventually you just fade away as the last lights dim but what you see is everything crushing and warping around you until poof your dead but it's only a few moments but due to gravity the 15 seconds feels like 40yrs
Oh i though that the gravity was centered on each planet's core. Not just straight down. Cuz it could have been cool, being able to reach orbit by driving fast lmao
Neil: "You guys know what's next, right? The 3rd rock from the sun, it's where we live, of course." Me: Of course it's where we live. As ol' Gray says, "It's where I keep my stuff." 😀
this literally feels like a mix of universe sandbox and tracks the train set game
Why is the engine making sound in space?
Ha! Venus: 'Comin' in "hot"'
The solar system is screwed with the planets being that close to one another.
I recorded this as well and I was surprised that the ramps had obstacles
Love the intro music during the vid
Please do this map with Camodo and use Balez
4:48 You know you're from Michigan when you've done this b4
All the gassplanets have no solid core at all. But you won't be able to go through the plannet. The gass closest to the senter gets so dense that you will get crushed by the atmospheric pressure.
@Twist-The-Friendly-Hunter
8 ай бұрын
The gas giants we have no clue about their cores but from basic ideas of gravity they will have solid cores as the pressure and gravity would condense it all together.
This is one of my favorites do you know what actually would have made it funnier if you actually use the teslal roadster the one they launched into space
I thought you were gonna hit the Mackinac Bridge before you left the ramp. Very very close
what would be a lovey feature but obviously not really possible in beamng is actual gravity. What i mean by that is when you go to the bottom of the planet you stay on the planet
Hey neil you nailed itt
LOL.... On Earth you landed on a village named "Detour"!¡!¡!¡ Kinda fitting if you ask me.
Hey neil! Great vid!
DANG that is out of this world!
If you spawn on a planet can you drive right around it if you change the gravity?
The glitches at the sun and the black hole seem to be floating point errors
Fun Fact: A black holes gravity transcends space time itself so time doesnt really exist inside the black hole because of the gravity and light cant escape a black hole thats how strong the gravity is
I think this is a future update map
Jupiter freaked me out, same with the blackhole
Fun fact: Pluto will one day be a planet. The only criteria for a planet that it does not meet is that it has not cleared it's area of other objects. By this definition, if the moon orbited the sun at the same distance, and not earth, earth would also not be a planet.
fun fact: if you was to take each planet in our solar system and place them end to end, they would fit between the earth and the moon with some room to spare!
Can someone say what the music tracks in this video are? Would really love to find them and listen to them 😄
Cool map
"Instability detected in 'sunburst'." Very funny.
fun fact:uranus(the planet)is an ice gaint just like neptune
you need to try flying with the jato rockets
Can you realistically go on a ramp from Earth, driving a car to Mars?
I wanna know what your intro song is?
would be real cool if this was in a true 1 to 1 scale with real gravity, game obviously cant possibly handle that kind of scale, but one can dream. the real Jupiter have a solid core roughly the same size as earth, that far down the gas is under so high pressure it behaves more like water or milk then gas.
3:25 "I love this planet" We all love our planet, Do we, Guys? And Earth is not a marble, We call our planet that Because it's small, Smaller than Jupiter and Saturn. Earth isn't a perfect sphere. Earth is actually a oblate spheroid. Believe me, people, it's true.
this is absolutely the most anxiety i've ever had with beamng... great job spealer, but im never downloading this map
Very cool video brother 👍
NEIL!!!!! What’s the song at 8:47?? By the way, I’ve been watching your videos for years so keep up the beam content. I wanna be 90 years old and watch your videos lol
9:57 close your eyes and enjoy the show. PoV it’s UrAnus
Did you notice that in 2023? There are new Volkswagen beetle Mods, and you need to try that, like really right now and I will look.😊😊😊
Imagine that the map would be big enough that would you really enter the planet like in earth falling into a city
Olympus mons isn't a mountain, it's a volcano... Mars was once a volcanicly active planet that had it's own atmo and liquid water. However due to jupiter basically consuming all the stellar material in that area mars never grew large enough to maintain it's magnetic field meaning stellar radiation wiped the planet clean killing it. Since its core stopped rotating there was no volcanic activity and olympus mons went dormant permanently.
i feel like you'd need a super computer to run this map
Is there a version without the obstacles?
Pluto *is* a planet. A dwarf planet, but *still* a planet.
would be nice if you had used air speed
9:14 What is the name of that song? If somebody knows how its called, please, tell me. I have been looking for its name since like 2019, i REALLY would appreciate if somebody finally tells me the name of it.
Can you put a velocity please
This map is kind of terrifying.
Do it with random parts
Black holes are definitely Italian since they turn everything into spaghetti
Early bird catches the worm!!
This is the most beautiful map ngl
Here's the thing though; IRL, the gas giants don't have a core, but it's still every bit as beautiful!
@stephenfortin9485
Жыл бұрын
...yes they do. they all have a small rock / ice core from the pressures .
@bl4cksp1d3r
11 ай бұрын
Actually, they do, mainly because the pressure in the core is so high that everything, even Gases, gets compressed to solide and liquids
Don't know how many times we need to tell you, take it out of gear once you reach the end of the last year, otherwise you won't gain speed as fast
