Ooh nice! I’ve not tried a lot but I’m working my way through some new products of theirs.

I love this too ! I have the same 2 shades as you and have to cocktail it to suit. Wish they did a few more shades. I find it quite shiny and tacky on application, but once it dries down it has a more satin finish and a smooth appearance. I get compliments on my skin, but only when I wear this 😆

Oh snap! I’m so glad to hear you’re loving it too, Emma! I agree, makes the skin shiny initially but the dry down is much nicer. I still use a little powder as I’m oily/combo but it works beautifully for me and I alway get compliments too.

Do the little pots that you bought on amazon wash well? I bought a smaller set last yr - different make than the ones you've linked. I've washed a few of them and it's almost like the top layer has come off. They've gone sort of rough and cloudy and the smallest ones are very difficult to open after screwing shut. Emma x

Yes, absolutely!

The shade range puts me off this. I looked at it in store and the lightest was too grey and the medium was so orange. Shouldn't have to spend £70, hopefully they bring out more shades.

Did you try it on your face and not your hand? As mentioned in the video, it can look a bit odd when you first apply it but as it dries down it adapts to your skin tone. That being said, I would also like a few more shades available.

The light has neutral grey undertones similar to Armani. People are used to seeing yellow undertones in many foundations but it blends naturally. That being said it should have more colors

Confusingly, the US version seems to only be SPF40

The BB cream looks like a nice light my skin but better product. After watching the video, you mention the melasma keeps coming back, I wonder if you're using enough SPF? My derm says to get the SPF protection listed on the bottle, you have to use a minimum of 1/4 teaspoon, which is a lot of product, two to three finger lengths worth.

I use a lot of SPF, this isn’t the only SPF I use 😁👍🏼 I have one by ZO that I layer on the skin first alone. Then I use this over the top 🙌🏼 What you have to remember with Melasma is that it’s not just the sun that causes it to flare up, it’s hormones and temperature of water too! So a whole host of factors. Thankfully, the melasma around my eyes hasn’t come back it’s mainly my forehead but it’s nowhere near as bad as it was prior to lasering.

@@ShonaghScott Thanks for the context. Melasma is super tough, it took a while to find the right combo of products that works for me. I use Retin-a and a ton of fading products, Faded by Topix, alternate with hydroquinone every four-five months, add in a ton of SPF and reapply every 3 hours (I have an office w/ a window) and sometimes I still have issues.

@@RockeyToes yeah, everyone seems to react differently, my twins melasma is worse than mine and isn’t as reactive to hydroquinone as mine seems to be. Sitting next to the window definitely isn’t helpful 😅 at least you’re religious with your SPF application. I found ZO to be the most effective at removing it the remaining melasma topically, and then hydroquinone twice a year to suppress it. Now I’m on Skin + Me with Tretinoin in between the months I use hydroquinone.

The sad part that it is way too dark! I bought also the shade fair and I felt like it's still too dark even tho I'm not that pale :(

I have giving the brand this feedback in the past - HOPEFULLY, it’s something they take onboard and they release more shades 🤞🏼

I love the idea of a BB cream but I’d be afraid it would break me out badly as that has always been my experience.

Maybe look up some reviews, I’ve not had that experience with it at all. It’s not fragranced so that’s a bonus, usually that’s a massive irritants for people with blemish-prone skin.

Oh really? It’s shiny as I mentioned but I always add a little powder at the end of my makeup. I don’t find that it’s greasy at all but maybe you’re not a fan of the glycerin feel, Emma.
