The singer is my main at this point of my d2r playthrough. Since rolling my enigma, the class really shines in trav, pits, a3 sewers, and swampy pits. My approach was min str, dexterity, max vita for the build (5.3 k life). Passion and heart carver on swap so I don't have to put points into find potion/find item. Passion gives zerk for physical immunes ( though your ar will be very low). I haven't played with the 200 fcr set up but another KZreadr, DoubleBilly from New Zeland, has about the same set up as yours except he uses dual lacerators and double swing on swap for the amp damage proc. I refuse to believe that it's stronger to have 200% fcr rather than double hoto and sojs. With all the increased mana from those you can respec that energy non-sense back into vitality.

I had a hard time believing that too. But then I looked up Barbarians FCR breakpoints and that seems correct. 105 vs 200 is a massive difference.

I have been trying to find a good Barb build that can keep up with builds like the Hammerdin, javazon, any sorc build, even Druid and Necro builds outshine the best Barb builds. I do not think this class will ever shine by itself and will always just be a support build.

Have you tried ww barb with last wish/grief and a merc that can cast amp damage or decrepify? It's absolutely a chaos sanctuary demon on players 7. Definitely super end game gear to the max though. But with find item the barb destroys any other character in magic finding.

@@verteup yes, that is what I have set up now and this was my last build which I tested. It is the best barb build, but does little damage in P8 groups. I mostly play in P8 groups and I like to devastate and destroy 😁

Why arent you using BO? You can put a lot less points in energy... Barbs only get 1pt mana per energy, but 4hp per vit.. so doesnt make sense to split them, and then not use a skill thats a prereq for warcry on a warcry barb lol

Theres no universe where running a Barb without maxed BO is a good build.

There's no universe where a singer barb build with max bo does enough damage to be viable. With the +14 life per kill from enigma, all he needs is like +10 mana per kill and his base life or mana pool won't even matter. He'll never drink any potion and tackling bigger packs of mobs like cows will scale even better.

@@polkhigh_33 my ww does 7-16k with 28k attack rating and 65% crit. Ww with thundermaul is bad if you suck at diablo 2... My thundermaul ww 1 shots all mobs up to player 3. You 100% havent ever tryed ww and just go off the same info everyone tells you YOU USE FAST WEAPONS WITH WW BECAUSE IT HITS MORE..... WHY DO YOU NEED TO HIT MORE THEN 1 TIME WHEN YOU DONT SUCK AT STATING YOUR AR.....NOOOB Prob doesnt even know angelic set rings stack and give you 2000 ar. Which is buffed by weapon mastery and ww for 350% on 2000 Just the rings.....
