NO ONE gets wrongly convicted of a crime they didn't commit, right? 😐🙄🤣 Wrong! It happened to me, in the "GREAT STATE" of New York where all levels of government care more about conviction rates than finding out the facts, truth, evidence, etc. They don't care.

Officer rossiter, (Full Name Colin Rossiter) The one shouting to stop shooting, died to suicide a few months after, it was a self inflicted gun wound, His father, a retired NYPD Seargent, Was at home, and at 1:30 AM heard the gunshot from rossiters bedroom, he walked in and found Officer Rossiter, deceased, on the floor, with the gun next to him, His father claimed he seemed perfectly fine before the shooting and had no idea he was suicidal, He was 22 years old, He joined the force in 2021. Though their will be people who still say he was a bad person and deserved it since he was a cop, Everyone around him and Likeminded people know he was a hero who gave his life to serve, R.I.P.

@@SolDizZo -- You probably aren't a country person. As one, I know that different species have different techniques, and that varies based on time of year. For example, a female pheasant sitting on eggs woukd react differently, relying on her camouflage and stealth. Other species, such as squirrels, might sound an alarm. Same with male birds, who might try to attract the prey away from the nest. Based on human ecological niche and sexual dimorphism, I think that calling armed backup is probably better than trying to hide (hairless apes stand out) or letting a threat maraud. Remember, tgat threat might be another tribe.

That's... actually a really good idea. Can't be much more expensive than a lot of things they buy, and they are forced to use them for concealment a lot. That would be like having a built in shield in your car. I was going to say that would encourage officers to stay with the car, but if it gives them an effective shield, why not? As a bonus it would protect from shots from the side, and they would have decent protection from all frontal quarters while in the car, as long as they ducked down. Hell, since they aren't carrying it you could just use steel plate without adding ridiculously to the weight of the car. I am for it.

It would be rather expensive to do it properly. And even when done best, it likely would rip and tear away from where it's supposed to be in just a couple of shots, mitigating its effectiveness. Steel plates would be a lot better armor, but that would add a lot of extra weight. And cop cars already have a lot of extra weight to the point it's standard issue to fit them with stiffer suspension just to be able to drive em effectively.

I raised them to shoot if possible and to attack physically if not possible. I don't know how other girls were raised. It never actually came up in conversation but it's an excellent point that you're making. I guess some parents would teach their girls to scream if they're in trouble but screaming is not typically going to save them unless they are in a very crowded place.
