"Life is not fair" whoever said that, was absolutely right.
It's crazy how back in the 90's I was obsessed with this style of home especially that glass brick. Now it looks so dated and no one uses glass bricks they just went away. Unless you can find a millionaire that is a big fan of Miami Vice this house is going to need a complete demolition and new modern beach home with high ceilings, open floor plan and glass walls that disappear and create a seamless outdoor/indoor living area.

Malibu has some of the most beautiful homes on earth. However you're just one landslide,fire or car crash on PCH from not getting home for two or three days.
The Marlyn Monroe Portrait is more Valueble as the House self this is true...
Now THATS how you use trees to block the neighbors. You can’t tell it’s so close to the houses next door until the google earth map showed the overhead view.

Is it just me or is this price a wild wild miss... and it has even been listed for 115. That makes Nile Niami look sensible. Is there a wave of outrageous price delusions going on in malibu or are there actually buyers for it? a couple of houses claim to be sold for 87 and 100 but those prices are a bit too neat and extreme to not be NFTs. Feels like someone is trying to fabricate something.

Do some research before you comment, this is arguable located in the most expensive neighborhood in the world. Mind you this is the place where homes get sold for 10’s of millions of dollars. The fact that it is located on paradise cove makes it worth 10’s of millions of dollars, than add the fact that it is 2 acres and has nice architectural design.

@@tafer9889 I know I'm only a genius but between you and me I'm the one that did the research that they listed it for 115 in august and now it's listed for 75 and still not sold, that's a 37% drop in price and already their 3rd realtor so maybe I'm not entirely wrong. and I would venture the guess that it wont sell for 75 either. It has some decent architecture but it's showing a bit of age and it's a wedge lot with only a narrow view to the ocean, that's poor people stuff. It's not 100 mill, it's not 75.

@@tafer9889 btw I'm thinking the price could be more like 20 million and I wouldn't even pay that. But in waves of insanity some might because of labels or proximity to lots with actual views, I'm not sure quite what the mindset is there. Very very few houses are sold in that area, it seems artificial. I'm guessing it wont be sold at any price, just retracted again. It's a weird region like that.
