LOL! I loved this review! Such a fun scooter. You can customize the acceleration and Amp settings to make it more practical.

I have a Road Runner Pro and in the advanced settinging you can complety tune this scooter to exhibit 0 to minimul front wheel spin off the line. Max speed can also be changed in each Assist level as well as max ampage and power on each wheel from 1 through 5 in advanced settings. I've completely customized all the assist settings to my specific specifications. In advanced settings you can adjust max speed power and current/amp level. You can find them under "assist level" theses levels range from 1 through 5. They correspond with the gear/assist levels on the main display. If you go into advanced settings under assist setting you will see this under each assist level. Speed limit: can be adjusted in percentage points 100% is the max. EABS: (Regen Breaking) this can be adjusted from 1 through 5 F Start Level: This adjusts the power of your front wheel R Start Level: This adjust the power of your rear wheel F Current: this adjust the amp output of the front wheel controller R Current: this adjust the amp output of the rear wheel controller DO NOT ADJUST THE AMP OUTPUT OVER 45 THAT IS THE MAXIMUM EACH CONTROLLER CAN OUTPUT BASED OF HOW VORO HAS THIS SCOOTER SETUP. If you play around with theses settings you can completely tune this scooter to your liking

If i adjust it to go only 15mph with the front motor at the lowest do you think i can get 30+ miles on it? I’m buying it either way because I’ve heard a lot of good stuff about this bike and IMO it’s the best investment money wise

@@nokapboby3861 You don't even have to do all of that. Out of the box it will get around 35 miles riding with a mixture of Mode 3 and Mode 4 but it varies but that's about what you will get. If you want the best range (50 miles) ride it on Mode 2. If you want range and speed you're going to have to go into the advanced settings and customize one of the Gear modes I outlined in my original post. Play with speed power and controller amperage to get the best of both worlds.

This video is a good example of why you’re not supposed to go faster than 25-30 mph in the bike lane. Even if people see you, they’re not expecting you to be going 40-50 mph and will cut you off.

That was one of the first things I learned on my Ultra 2. Now, I just put it in traffic and ride Wirth the cars. I can keep up with no problem so it's not an issue.

I don’t understand why any biker in California would sit behind a car at a stop light just hoping the guy behind them stops in time and isn’t looking down at their phone. Always filter to the front when you can. It’s much safer up there. It also reduces traffic.

This is a bike you need to buy now, before someone kills them self on it, and they discontinued after getting sued.

Yes the voltage sag is vicious in rocket mode. And yes, it shuts off. I found out the hard way when I had to push it almost a mile back home. You can avoid the front wheel spinout by double tapping the mode button, enter code 2112, go to advanced settings and adjusting the front motor to a low starting torque and the rear to max. That way, if you crank the throttle all the way on mode 5, you'll get all the initial torque on the rear and a gradual buildup on the front. No wheel spin. 👍

@@MrCentralDriver Nope, tried it 4 times at intervals of approx 5 minutes apart. It was dead as a door nail. The battery was completely discharged.

I have this bike and it’s hella fun. FYI IN THE SETTINGS YOU COULD CHANGE THE BATTERY VOLTAGE TO DISPLAY IN PERCENTAGE WHICH IS PRETTY COOL SO YOUR NOT GUESSING How much battery is left

There's a guy on KZread from Staten Island NYC who did a 72-volt convertion with this bike and a stronger controller. He gets crazy mad speeds with that bike and in one video he got into a bad wipeout after hitting a speed bump on his way home after a group ride. Just looked up the guy and he goes by JB 360. His Roadrunner Pro goes 60 MPH.

I have one. Best bang for the buck! Pro tip: If you don’t want the front wheel peeling out, you can lower the torque on the P Settings. Cool thing about this is that you can program both motors separately. Have fun. Voromotors is an awesome company and they’re working on a battery extender for this RRPro as I type this.

That's cool you can do that!

Bro you can adjust the power to the front wheel in the settings. I toned it down for each gear and stopped the front wheel burn outs and it’s still fast.

I would suggest they beef up that rear suspension and battery a bit. Do good front blinkers and mirrors. Give it a moped serial number for legal reasons. Then you lose bike status but have no worries😂

You can do that yourself, and it would be cheaper

City driving is the place to have all your lights on for visibility. I can see something very easily during the day especially if it is flashing.

Finally you got the best e-machine. Love mine put some slightly wider better gripping whitewall tires on mine and new back shocks and bmx 4 piece bar. I can’t go anywhere without a 30 min convo

Roadrunner V2 owner here. Little brother of the Pro and as fun as this e-moped due to its size and speed. Would only recommend if you can splurge $3,000 and not care about the cons (suspension,battery,handlebars,weight). If you are over 200lbs expect to not get as much range vs a 150lb/175lb rider. If you do plan on buying this i would buy an extra tire because you will get a flat. I am hoping if they can come out with a new model Pro 2 they need to fix their well known issues. Don't expect Voromotors to have great customer service after you purchase this either.

why would voro give a damn about anyone after they get their money?? this is a problem for me as well as flats.. I was told they are self healing tires.. if so then you don't get flat on this . maybe your road runner v1.. those aren't self healing

Because the tire is too thin thats why the extreme bull can gain traction faster than the roadrunner

they should made the head light with built in blinkers . that would be a space saver

Dual thumb throttles is the answer. Engage that front motor when you get up to speed with the rear. I want one. 😂❤

Love mine. The voltage sag is pretty bad. It needs more capacity. Also the M50LT cells are being completely maxed out with a 90 amp load. Zero headroom there.

I was going to get this, but went with the cty2 instead.

I had one of the first Evolve skateboards that came out and the voltage SAG was terrible. Hearing alot of complaints about the voltage SAG on the RoadRunner PRO!! Want to hit the buy button, but as soon as I see a video and some one mentions the voltage SAG then it’s a No for me!!!

​@@MrCentralDriver not many people will ride mode 5 if they don't wanna keep charging everyday.. mode 3-4 is more realistic and probably safer as well.. so basically this bike is bs considering you can only go 15 miles on a charge on mode 5.. good for those with short commute... others better find something else

I’m 6’4. Got the chance to use this a few days ago. It was very comfortable tbh. Extended seat is probably better

They are fun and of course it's going to peel out if your sitting on the very back of the seat. Lol. There is a guy in NY that has one 72v dual fardrivers and 5k motors his flys over 80 and only thing with his is it's the v1 with no suspension in rear. Death trap. He has YT JB360

they have spacers so you can lower the front if you like and put the stem lower and move the spacers up top. different bars would be nice. just need to be shorter in my opinion

You have to really try an Eahora scooter, it's fast has more range, and is much safer. The Roadrunner is nice but one pothole with the little tires at 50mph and well.

That is a scooter man. So it is legal to ride on the road. Plus it is easy to upgrade too. U can put a extra battery in the middle of the scooter.

15mph here in california is the legal limit for scooters. over that you can get cited. some cops care others don't. and an extra battery would not fit in the middle
