Well anything over 5000 is a serious offence this alone takes you 75% of the way there. I can see why it hasn't gone fully mainstream yet, more improvements needed like a camera in the back and more colour options.

It needs an alarm function which goes off when someone tries to take it more than some distance away from the owner. Otherwise, what’s to stop people from stealing it? Also, it needs to be GPS locatable at all times.

Thanks for the real world test. I’ve been eyeing this and see that now there’s a mini. My only issue would be navigating the dog droppings on the NYC sidewalks. I fear all of that would come into my home via this gadget. Otherwise, I like it.

It probably comes with an alarm. The original version had one pre-programmed into it. Just incase someone tries to run of with it or opens it without permission.
