Tbh prowlers was quite balanced and both items were at a good spot, imo they were unneccessary change n this will defo impact the meta

@@72Yaca they didn’t change it because it wasn’t in a good spot. It’s cus too many champions were solely functional on the active ability and that wasnt healthy for the game in riots opinion.
