@@levihecho007 rough back of the envelope calculation says the flooring alone would be 500 a sq feet for 9000 sq feet home. Civil Construction would be 2500 per sq feet and interior must be 1000-1500 Electrical’s painting etc will push it certainly north of 6 cr and if u include land cost it will be 10+ easy

@@srinath17 Yes, I didn't include land and yes.... civil and labour costs are expensive in big cities. The furniture also looks imported, so 10 Cr. is a possibility.

Thank you for sharing this beautifull modern house. I dont like placing the master bed to the back which is west corner, it doest have much natural light, its better if it placed to the east and facing main road(neighbourhood)

For some reason, this house looks very dull and gives a very strong negative vibe. DOn't feel like living in this house. Lighting seems to very low, which may be reason for this feeling. Only the architect may know the reason better.
The house design with greenery allover looks beautiful. For those asking about project costs, based on my understanding, you need minimum 1cr to 1.5cr to build a house with premium fittings. Assuming you already have the land and 60x40 site.

Brilliant! But I don't think this is a small house, because, Plot Area:2425 sq. ft. Built-up Area:9000 sq. ft.
In the Amphitheatre area they could have give natural stones.
Nicely done but looks like a hotel than a home. Again to each his own and congratulations to the owners. Trust me, with many floors and many rooms, the family would feel separated and only meeting for dinner maybe. I moved into my own duplex house from an apartment and my room is on the first floor and parents on the ground floor and it feels so disconnected. But that is just me, maybe not the case for others. Hopefully they have a lift (I assume the stairs go around the lift). If not a huge problem later on once they get old.

What you can do is approach an architectural firm like this and get the design done. In my experience they charge 4-5 lakhs for just the design. And then get a contractor to build the house as per the design. Of course these architects will have a team of skilled workers and the contractor might not for specific things but if you can find a good contractor, then that's the best combo.
Whats the total construction cost including interiors also.. please reply buildfy so that it will be like estimate for people to arrange funds to build their dream home.

I don't know why Indian builders think that marble is the height of elegance. It does not wear well. It is a porous material that can crumble over time or even breakoff in corners. The porosity means that dust particles get in and over time make the marble look dirty. It is impossible to get the dust out of the pores. Also marble does not add warmth to a room, rather it makes the room feel cold.
