A counter to this is the Charl with AB, CL, Execute, and choose your fav 3 1 gold options. Hold onto AB until the sappers pop out. Use the 1 AB on them. Blast the base with spells. Cycle the 1g units.

@@Excoundrel I hope so. It was fun to try out a couple times. But I’ve put pvp away until it’s not a thing :/ It quickly became coin flips. Who got to use AB first? In every other match, wait for sappers and single tap early.

Is there a glitch going on with Arcane Blast? One dude using Jaina, blasted my base with arcane blast, and its dmg was HUGE.

Right now AB is getting the first strike bonus damage for every level. It’s not just Jaina decks

No, that is not how apocalypses works. It doesn't just spawn skeletons at your base. You have to run skeletons and use it on the skeletons. This deck uses exactly zero skeletons.

The talent for cheat death is irrelevant but fair enough

Unfortunately the meta has already moved on! This worked til 4500 then too many people running AB or CL (AB spam is too strong)

@@mikkelmunk9640chain lightning. I think the current buff is only supposed to double mini damage. Not spells. But somehow CL and arcane blast (AB) bypassed it and get the double damage bonus

You can counter it with Cain lightning, Deep breath, Blizzard or Arcane blast... you can also stun them with bandits or polymorph and it will outlast cheat death. Yea the deck is anoying, but evetualy everyone in the ladder will have 2+ counters and that is when this deck gets really, reealllyy bad...
