Anugraha, a 4BHK residence nestled in Jayanagar, Bengaluru, epitomizes a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity. Reflecting the city's enduring charm, this three-story home embraces an inward-looking design, enveloped in permeable spaces.
The first floor showcases semi-private areas adorned with terracotta Jali and teak louvered windows. At the same time, the upper levels cocoon private bedrooms behind a curved brick façade, minimizing road-facing openings. At its core lies an inviting open living-dining-kitchen and pooja area, fostering familial warmth.

@@srilathadivya2012 The size given in the titles of the video refers to the plot size on which house/structure is built on... (like how you can have multi story buildings on) Here built up area is 4800 sq.ft i.e. size of house is 4800 on the plot size 1500 sqft

1 cr minimum. How ? 4800sqft X Rs 2000(minimum)/sqft = 96 lakh.
