There's a great book exploring the 3rd world mentality of Latin America called "Guide to the Perfect Latin American Idiot". It's a cathartic read for any sane Latin American, but some chapters can be funny and informative for anyone interested. Edit: I just now finished listening to the whole video. He seriously considers BRICS as a power to reckon with, lol.

BRICKS isn't an universal block. It's essentially everyone who just wants to trade without US meddling and do whatever they like in their country ideologically independent from everyone else. And because the US is in decline and cannot keep their gae agendas out of anything, it's already the real economy majority.

You can make the case that no government's word means anything, but everybody knows that, so it's a moot point. What kind of sucker believes a peace treaty is anything more than a strategic ceasefire?
