Ajna is the sixth chakra. Its name means knowing, perceiving and also having command over our mind. It is also called the third eye chakra, the non-physical eye that is able to perceive the deepest reality of existence. It has the function of perceiving and seeing beyond appearances and reality itself. It is the seat of creative imagination, intellectual abilities, and memory. When Ajna is deficient there is a tendency to selfishness, cynicism, excesses in rationality, it is difficult to see and imagine reality in a different way from how it is perceived, it is no longer possible to dream or plan the future, you don’t follow your intuition and find it hard to stay focused or remember things. The Third-Eye Chakra, also called the Ajna Chakra, is one of 7 chakras. It is the center of perception, consciousness and intuition. It is pronounced as ‘Agya Chakra’ and is the focal point of concentration during asana or meditation practices. The Third Eye Chakra is located between the eyebrows, at the center of your head. While the two physical eyes see the past and the present, the third eye reveals insight into the future. This chakra establishes a connection with the external world through inner vision. Focusing on the third eye motivates us to move beyond the worldly desire and distractions. When the Ajna Chakra is awakened, it increases consciousness and transcends to a higher realm.

Las personas religiosas cantan los Kirtans o cantos devocionales, tocan sus instrumentos y hacen están cosas a un volumen muy alto; llaman a Dios y le gritan pensando que Dios necesita que la gente le hable duro. Pero que dicen los Maestros acerca de lo que hacen estas personas?, Ellos dicen: " Dios no es sordo, el escucha la voz de todos, puede escuchar al elefante, pero escucha primero a la hormiga". Kabir Sahib dice: " ¡ Oh Mulah! ¿ Por qué te subes al minarete?. ¿ Por qué gritas tan duro,? Dios no es sordo, el sabe por qué oras.". El Guru Arjan Dev Ji dice que algunos cantan las ramas, otros tocan instrumentos musicales, algunos recitan los Vedas o las otras escrituras, pero mi Amado Maestro se siente complacido únicamente cuando hacemos Su Devoción . El Gurú Sahib nos dice que los Rakis cantan y tocan instrumentos musicales, pero al hacer estas cosas, su mente no se empapa o no se llena de Ti, todo esto se puede lograr únicamente cuando hacemos Tú Devoción. Vivamos con temor de aquellos que no practican la devoción al Maestro. Qué podemos decirles a las personas a quienes Dios ha dejado sin su devoción? Tengan siempre temor de ellas. Han pasado su vida sin la devoción; han vivido inmersas en el trabajo hasta la coronilla. Condenados s sean sus alimentos y condenadas sean sus bebidas. Quienes crítica a los Santos reciben nacimiento y mueren en la rueda de los 84. Condenadas sean sus vidas millones de veces. El hombre se hace bueno repitiendo el Simran. Sin el Naam vive más sucios que los sucios. Tengamos temor de aquellos que viven sin el Sendero de los Maestros. Ellos no llegan al Satsang. Pretenden hacer caer el firmamento con sus charlas.
