my name is Alan B. Richmond Jr, the son of Alan B. Richmond Sr, who was a public relations spokesperson in Hilo for law enforcement, among myriad other positions / affiliations, including broadcasting / media / publication / radio / television, military / defense, security / intelligence, government, etc, and although not black, but have been targeted as 'trans', 'gay' and various 'othering' labels (none of which have i ever claimed nor identified as nor am), have as well been sexually harassed (and assaulted on 2 different occasions in 2023 for which police reports and forensic kits were conducted), and for which i have personal opinion an officer, Alexander Wagner, committed police report perjury, with clearly stated incorrect facts, which has been reported to a governing agency in charge of facilitating standards, and have been for years targeted, stalked, harassed, and violated by groups of men using invasive advanced technologies (including hive mind / synthetic telepathy / remote neural monitoring, and other such tech developed / acknowledged by people such as james giordano / robert duncan, and others, that correlate to fusion center / gangstalker style tactics facilitated by fusion centers (law enforcement, first responders, neighborhood watch, coast guard, all military branches, paramilitary, mercenary, private security, etc, groups), and corrupt peripheral groups / clubs operating outside the bounds of lawful jurisdiction.
