I use that craft paint all the time. Working on large models and using the small bottles of expensive paint is just pointless. I save that stuff for the small models. I will say that I have found that the metallic craft paint is simply amazing. I will even say that it is better then the pricy hobby paint.

Have used Ceramcoat by Delta for over 40 years on 15mm to 120mm metal, resin, hard and soft plastic miniatures - still love it! Have been in the hobby since 1972; own complete ranges of Vallejo Model Color, Vallejo Game Color, Army Painter, extensive parts of ranges by Andrea Color, Citadel, Reaper, Life Color, Scale 75, Tamiya, and original Humbrol enamels(1970's), Genesis (the granddad of Reaper - mixed in buckets by a Sherwin Williams house paint store!), Polly S, and other hobby paints; uas well as extensive amounts of Golden, Winsor Newton, Liquitex, Grumbacher (from the 70's), and hand-mixed professional artist-grade oils and acrylics! With all of that to choose from, I still use Ceramcoat on EVERY miniature I paint - and have since I started using them 40 years ago! 👍🏻🎅👍🏻

If it's like the washer fluid here in the USA, that's methanol based. I'm no safety nanny, (I use acetone without gloves). But methanol is the toxic kind of alcohol that should be contact minimized. (It's also why you pour off the 1st few jars when distilling and the reason freeze distilled alcohol like apple-jack gives a bad headache). I'd suggest instead using a mix of ethanol or ipa and distilled water.

Awesome video! Quick question if I want to use acrylic paint on clothing like a pair of jeans and do a acrylic paint splatter on a pair of jeans to give some design do I need to use the medium flow product after I’ve painted my product and let it dry? So that the acrylic paint will stay once I wash the jeans in the washing machine and or keeps the acrylic paint from cracking? I found this on Amazon: Mont Marte Premium Acrylic Flow Medium 8.45oz (250ml) And lastly.. I do a paint splatter design on my jeans without the medium flow product. Would it be any issue down the road with me washing the Jean material later like the cracking and peeling of the paint? Does the medium flow product seal and glue the acrylic paint to the Jean material.. Ty

One problem that comes up with all these acrylics is once you use the paint it starts to slowly thicken and dry up around the openings. Then when you thin the paint , it does not matter how much time and effort you put into the process, any dried speck of acrylic paint will not dissolve. So if you are experiencing problems running any these paints , consider straining the paint somewhere in the process. Many cheap and easy ways to do this.

I need a lot of help, I'm new to using air brushes and idk what I'm doing, I can't afford airbrush paints so I'm using acrylic and distilled water to thin it but I can't get the consistency right, is there any way you can give me advice

With paint it's not too bad, but if you're spraying a large part it can be. Just wear a respirator or mask.
