Think Out Loud in English - 4 Instant Strategies for Introverts

Speak before you feel ready. Share your ideas confidently, even when they aren’t fully formed, by thinking out loud in English.
How many times have you worried that your English just isn’t good enough because, when someone asked you a question in a business meeting, you struggled to find your words or express your idea clearly?
In job interviews, busy meetings, and even conversations with friends, it may be expected that you’re ready to respond to questions… even while you’re still thinking about what to say.
If you’re naturally introverted, you may prefer to think before you speak. You might prefer to have your ideas fully formed and perfect before you share them.
This is very similar to how you might feel about using English - you might prefer to think and have time to get all your thoughts together before you speak.
To help you feel more comfortable thinking out loud without getting stuck, even when your thoughts aren’t 100% clear or your idea isn’t fully formed yet, here are 4 Instantly Effective Strategies for Thinking Out Loud in English.

I am keep thinking out loud and talk to myself. Today, i know that, thats a *problem*. But i hsve to say that talking with myself improved my english a lot. Especially my speaking skills. Since i had nobody to talk to, but i talked with myself. And when i came back to school after a long time, my teachers were talking about how my english was good

Thank you for always sharing your great knowledge of English in real daily life. Probably I choose the third method you have taught me to get through the struggle that is not ready to express my opinion. It is the same in both my native and English language situations. For example, assuming a conference in real work, I would say: "I think both Plan A and Plan B are very nice. Could you please let me hear the evidence of each of you who support A or B Plan, so that they help me express my ideas very well.”

I’m not really finding this helpful for the topic. The first part is a good way to alleviate anxiety around sharing ideas that aren’t fully thought out yet but it does nothing to help you actually think of those half thought out ideas in a acceptable time frame. While adding the extra sentence seems like it helps buy you extra time to think of ideas it generally doesn’t because it’s basically impossible to think in words and talk at the same time so all the extra time spent talking is not giving you any extra thinking time.
