What tool did you use to extract audio from the game? I can tell it's an unreal engine game, and I found one program, but it didn't seem to like extracting from LiS:TC

@@emilymarriott5927 I used quickbms with the Unreal Tournament bms file: aluigi.altervista.org/quickbms.htm it made it really easy and straightforward :) I've been digging for hours and finding content not meant to be found just yet 😅

Thanks, when I tried, I tried with UE Viewer, and it let me view uassets, but if I tried to extract anything, it just sort of broke.

A person of culture, I see.

Theory: the fact that Gabe plays this song a lot says more about him than it may appear. The lyrics are somewhat close to what his life has become in Colorado, while he's still thinking about Alex. (I settled down, found my place / Still I dreamed, of what you caught). I think he'd play this on the jukebox under the excuse of annoying Jed, when he was actually daydreaming about his sister, if she "found what she lost", and that he "won't know what it cost".

It breaks my heart that this artist is not on Spotify or any find any recording platform so I can give them due credit. LIS series opened me up to so many great indie artists that I would never have known.

This song is so special... even more with the crowd in the audio but there's no official artists or anything. It's like it never existed in this universe. A lost song. It's so beautiful regardless. If you close your eyes you'll feel like you're apart of the crowd.

I'm guessing it's because the song is tied to a quest. You can disable licensed songs in the game settings, which would make doing this quest impossible, if it was a "real" song.

It was the same with Firewalk. The original band behind Firewalk was Pretty Vicious. What I heard was that this song was written by the producers themselfes. But I´m not sure if this information is correct.

It most likely is a real band, it might got recorded but never bought by a major label and/or the artist did not secure the rights and ownership so then it's public domain. Kinda like what happens to Rodriguez. Great artist who never known his fame but his catlog, without his knowledge, became huge in South Africa.

The production value for every song on the Jukebox is just, Sky Level High. Really thought they used a lot of copyrighted songs, but they use Tons of Original Ones too. I dig this game soo much

ATTENTION SPOTIFY USERS!!! There is actually a way to get this on Spotify for yourself. I don't know if you need premium or not though. Spotify has this new thing where it can play local files from your phone. I downloaded this video (using MP3 juice) and allowed Spotify to access the files on my phone. Boom, done. Even added it to my liked songs.

Wow. I LiStened to this song and next thing you know I could focus on my studies and passed the big test. Now I'm on my way to graduating from Harvard and earning a six-figure salary in mine engineering!

Thank U so much, this is a original song so no other way to listen it. After that girl think in this song and I after I got the song for the jukebox I cannot stop listening to it. Everytime I replayed the game and stayed in the bar, I put this song. What a great detail from the devs. I also love the effect of the jukebox. Thank u again, this song rocks. Man this game was so good. I loved Alex as a character so much! Which I didn’t think was even possible after playing with Chloe and max for so long and for so many games/dlc/prequels.. but wow this game really surprised me on just how fun it was to play! I loved steph’s story as well. We got to hear her perspective on how she felt about what happened in Arcadia bay, rachel/chloe’s death as well.

Just to add to this: It’s all capo 1 like you said, but Verse is Am > Am/G > C > C/B. With F > C on the final line. Chorus is Am > F > C then Am > C then Am > F > C then F > C. Bridge is G > F > C > then G > Am > C then G > F > C then ring out Am > C > Em > G

For this game I only like the main menu theme and this song. When I heard about this song from that student npc I was like hmmm maybe I should try listen to it.
