Nice Resin Supply Video.🌷👍 Interesting how you cut up your letter mold, for ease of storage and cleaning. I'd bought a storage box that, on the on-line ad, said the spaces would be large enough to accommodate my molds... but when it arrived, the compartments all had these little notches in them. This made them about 1/4 inch too small for the molds I wanted to store in it. I thought about cutting the molds, but was a bit concerned that it would ruin them. Maybe I'll go back and try it some time :) . I also received my respirator mask with "organic vapor filters" recently. Once I've finished with the resin project, when I remove the mask, I can really tell the difference! It truly blocks a lot of the odor and therefore (I think) the chemical vapors. Thank you for the video.

Hello Angie, mind if I ask where did you order your mask? (Really? Respirator mask? this kind of art really harmful for our lungs…? 😲) Thanks ahead, Angie 😇

@@samluis4141 Hello there! I ordered a 3M 1/2 mask from Amazon, along with some filters that were compatible with it. They were labeled "Organic Vapor Filters," and those are the ones that work best for these types of fumes. I think the safety of these products have a lot of factors: The brand of resin, the type of resin, the temperature of the room, how effective the ventilation of the room is, how much resin is mixed at one time, how long the user will be in the room with the curing product, and how often the person is exposed to these fumes.... It's best to read all the documentation for the specific resin you intend to use. I've used just a paper mask before. I could still smell the vapors, and I think on occasion, it would kind of give me a headache after an hour or something. I think I rather be safer than sorry, you know? Happy Crafting!

Thank you for this helpful tips. The resin I use is art resin it's says safe to use indoor & doesn't produce fumes. But still as a safety measures I bought that 3M mask with cartridge , will it help from this toxic fumes right. If possible Can u do a video of when to replace the cartridge and how u dispose the used ones ie; cured resin piece , used resin bottles & wipes etc.. used to clean the surface mix. We can't burn them so how do u dispose them. It will be helpful for others too if u can share these

Hi. You can look on amazon. They sell resin set.
Hello! Love watching your videos, they are very relaxing and the art you create is really inspiring! :) you are so talented! Just wanna ask - I see you recommended a pair of long nose and a pair of round pliers. What are they for? Would 2 pairs of long nose pliers be better? Also, I see that sometimes you use a torch (or lighter) to remove bubbles and sometimes you use heatgun. When do you use one over the other? Thank you in advance! More power, keep making videos! 🥰
@EjoysArtSpace29

Thank you so much 😊 long nose and round pliers are for opening the key rings, they are very essential to make your work easier. You can use both actually. I just use whatever is accessible or near my working area (hope you understand what I mean) but lately, I've been using 99.9% of alcohol to pop the bubbles. Works like magic.
