WARNING ABOUT HAYRACK!!! We decided to use her hay rack idea and bought that exact Ikea item "Observator." We hung it above the litter box, and it seemed perfect. Then our brand new bunny got her head stuck inside of it from the bottom on only the second night. We were nearby and able to free her in just a few seconds, but she struggled so hard while she was stuck that she broke her own back. Part of her vertebrae descended down onto her organs, so we had to euthanize her. Be very careful when you buy anything with gaps that are close to their head size, this goes for playpens as well. I found out after it happened to us that it is a very common accident that gets overlooked a lot.

So sorry that's so sad. I was thinking when looking at it there's even some hay racks specifically for rabbits that don't look safe. Think wooden ones with a hole are a safer option

You should do a video of just lennon doing things in the house that just makes you go "Aw". Or like when bunnies when go on their hind paws to try to reach a treat or something.

The hay rack bin she suggested can be dangerous. I just lost my bunny to it. She got her head stuck in it and broke her back.

It is a very decent size. My rabbit however is a 3.5lbs bun but he has lots of room to jump up and hang out.

I recently adopted a rabbit her previous owners weren’t looking after her so I adopted her she loves liking fingers for some odd reason 🤔🤔 anyway she was trapped in a tiny cage and never got any love as soon as she arrived we changed that. I also have another rabbit who is a big old gentle rabbit. I love them both so much 💕💕💕💕💕💕😀💕😀😀😀😀😀💕💕💕💕💕😀😀😀😀😀😀💕💕💕

My sister got one, but it wasn’t taken care of (not really her fault her apartment is really small) but I couldn’t bear it so I’m taking them I am currently making the, a rabbit “dream park” but it’s going great I’m going to post it on my insta later in the week if anyone wants to see

Make sure that when you carve out a hole in the storage container for a litter box the edges aren’t to sharp for your pets!

I have a Flemish giant and her “house” is a XL dog cage - the biggest one available. I leave the door open so she can roam around. Litter box is attached to the corner of her cage with a fuzzy pipe-cleaner from the dollar store. Heavy weighted food dish for her pellets, regular pet-water-dispenser on her cage, lots of toys. My favourite toys for her are actually bird toys. I give her the wooden toys, just hang them on the side of her cage, low enough to chew on. She also likes toilet paper rolls to chew on. Stuff them with hay :). She has a cat-tunnel from the dollar store. I like the hay-rack idea a lot, and the bunny-bed!

Today my mom woke me up and my guinea pig hutch had fallen and some of their toys had broken so so happy that I can buy some more using this video!!

I have the bins I use as a litter box and the white wooden bed! My bunnies love it! I also have a grey carpet w lines it’s only $12.99 or so and use it to protect the actual carpet in my room/use it for the bunnies area. I also have a runner for my other bunny to protect the carpet there and it’s only $7or so:)

This video is amazing. I'm so glad that you actually went there and walked around rather than just showing pictures. Your ideas are amazing and out of the bunny videos I've looked at on youtube, your stuff stands out as being more unique and not just repeating the same stuff we've all heard 800 times

I just want to thank you for this video. I recently adopted a bunny and I can bring him home today(the day I’m writing this) and this was very helpful. I’ve been meaning to get a new couch and now I can also get stuff for my bun bun there as well.

I find things in the Ferrit and bird isle my bunny likes. I have to remove things like bells or feathers but thats ok. If Mr. Spock likes it, thats all that matters. Our bunnys are different, we know that,that is why we have them, yes finding things for them to play with or useful,can be hard. Great ideas! Too bad we dont have Ikea. Thats pretty much how we roll.

I work in a restaurant. Tons of boxes to bring home as well as vegetable trimmings that my rabbit loves. I went to PetCo and saw crazy expensive pet toys, but really, he just wants something to knock around. A toilet or towel paper tube, some hay, a cardboard box. Most pet things I think are catered to the pet owner not the actual pet.

RC Hobbyist Extreme I've learned that some bunnies like bells, when I first got my Lionhead Lot Mix she came with a bell inside of a tire toy and she loved that thing but she kept eating the tire and I was forced to get rid of it

The rounded litter box was perfect for my bunnies! They both fit in there perfectly, and they loved it so much! I had to through it out though because they chewed the sides down to the point that the litter and hay would fall out.

My bunny sheds A LOT, so I lint roll him so the shedding isn't as bad.

I'm going to IKEA tomorrow! I hope I can get some nice things for my bunny.

Just be aware of where the wood at IKEA is coming from. They have been caught several times buying and using wood from endangered and protected forests.

Lennon is such a sweet bunny. You must be a great bunny mom. Those cord pipes would have made my life so much easier when I had my bunny Ibsen, bless his bunny soul.

I bought the little trash bins from the pet section, and they work great for messes that Max makes! I also bought an amazing mini broom and dust pan for under $2!

5:30 I bought that exact same box from my local IKEA for a litter box too! My bunny is 70% free roam in my Bedroom, so he was constantly tracking litter and hay everywhere. After buying that litter box, (and I use a Yoga Mat for under it) I've had no problems with Litter being tracked!

My bunny died on 2014, his name was Snáði, he was my best friend, I Have tear in my eyes every time i watch your videos, couse Lennon looks just like Snáði, and he remind me of him everyday! Oh my bunny bear, I miss u SO badly!!😭😭💙😍😍💙💙

I rescued a 3 year old rabbit about 2 months ago and he is the sweetest, most affectionate, adorable little guy on the planet. I also have a live in 'mini' pig and she's so curious of him. I live an hour away from Orlando and will be going again on Sept 24th. I was there about a month ago, but didn't know there was a pet section there! I hope this time I will find this pet section! We actually use their plastic bag holders for hay racks!

OMG! I didn't know IKEA sold those cable overs. I spent a ton of money on regular rubber tubing at the hardware store and manually cutting a slit in them ugh

I use the IKEA magazine holder as a corner table for my hamsters water dish, food dish, and sometimes their wheels :] (their water dishes are not deep, but it enables there natural instincts. I only put dried mealworms and herbs in their dish but I mainly scatter feed their seeds and plant stuff like chia, millet, flax, and sunflower around it a little.)

We use the taller white bin with the cut out for litter box! 💞
