the way that some of the panels are drawn makes daves character make a lot of sense tbh. really puts a lot of emotion into what i initially interpreted as some unemotional character years ago.

The emotional beats of this are *chef’s kiss*. Seeing Dave peacefully enjoying the grass and air and sun at the end is all hells of cathartic. :’]
