I actually think he is grooming himself better these days.. He used to be lean, now he has worked out and his shoulders look broad and he seems fitter. He has done some skin lightening I think. The hair and beard is for his character, which he will trim once shooting is over. But I feel, he doesn't look his best clean shaven. I liked him in Love per sq ft, but in The Great Indian family, he didn't come out that well. But that film had other problems. I sometimes miss the old Vicky Kaushal. When you see him in interviews for Uri or Raazi.. He was very simple and unassuming. Now he is one of Bollywood's leading men and his films are getting bigger and better, so I guess he has to act accordingly..
