I was in Verona last September and fell in love with it. When your there take the funicular up to San Pietro Castle. The view is spectacular.

I got my admission from Uni of Verona, coming to this beautiful city in Sept. Any advice about weather or anything ?

Oh wow have an incredible time! What are you studying there? Weather wise, pack layers as it can get colder in the winter but also bring an umbrella or foldable raincoat for the times it rains during the autumn and winter. Pack comfortable shoes as those cobbled streets can be hard on your feet and most importantly, have an awesome time!! There will be plenty of people at your uni who will know the best bars and restaurants in your local area to go to so getting chatting and meeting people to help you settle in
As first time traveler to Europe- which is a better option , December or August?

hard one...August is HOT and packed with tourists......Dec is winter, quieter, cheaper, but cold...best months are in between (eg. Mar-June; Sept Nov) 🙂

depends on which country you are visiting. expect lots of tourists in august. in some cities could be very hot and some hotels dont have aircondition. in december can be rainy in the some parts of europe and lots of snow in the north. expect train delays etc. weather can be also gloomy for days. for me spring and autumn will be the best time.

It is in some hotels but generally, stores and restaurants they take euros only or card
