Understand, Lucinda was still Jimmy's friend despite being a prostitute.

This is best scene in this movie. I think Fairuza is such a great actress.

Andy Garcia never disappoints when he dishes out justice. LOL at his calm "How are you?" just seconds before the beatdown.

This is a much better film than reviewers or Rotten Tomatoes would have you believe. Grab a copy and watch sometime. Great performances and a fabulous plot.

I'de always loved Andy Garcia, he's such a good actor, underrated. I love his temper! For example when he bite Zasa's ear in Godfather III. Andy rules! He really get things done, a man to trust (if you're on his side and been a good boy)

Yeh that's true. I hope to see more of him in big movies. He's 62 now but that ain't so old. Got to be lot of good roles he can take. I wanna see him move smoothly and then fire his rage at the perfect moments, like he has always done. He act so good when his high tempered.

Two other good films he did that gets no love is, 'Steal Big, Steal Little' with Alan Arkin, and 'Clinton and Nadine' (somehow the title changed to 'Blood Money'), with Morgan Freeman and Ellen Barkin. 'The Lost City' is also one of his underrated films, with Bill Murray among others..

There was another scene where him and Franchise were walking and she comes up and asks for money(for drugs), he gives it to her. She says me and Jimmy are gonna have a love child one day, Fran is worried by her look that she is getting to deep into drugs and his enabling it isn't good for her. Jimmy says she will out live us Fran so don't worry. Foreshadowing.

I liked Lucinda the first time I saw this. Not sure why. Her acting is god awful (but not necessarily the actress's fault, given what a corny stereotype she was given to play).

I was watching all those male accountants trying to get out of there in a real hurry. Afraid they were going to be called out at the office, for a similar secret, maybe? 🤣
