The city of Bordeaux is perfect to visit in a weekend. Its main monuments can be visited in 24 hours.
We begin our visit by the Stone Bridge, following the riverbank we reach the Plaza de la Bolsa where the famous mirror fountain is located. A few meters from this square we find the largest square in Europe, the Plaza de Quinconces with its monument to the Girondins. From there we took tram B to get to the Cité du Van, a museum with an avant-garde building where various facets of wine are discussed. We visited the Church of Saint Louis des Chartrons, the Church of Notre Dame and the Cathedral of Saint André. We were also at the Jardin Public and walked through several of its streets to end our visit at Grosse Cloche or Gran Campana.
