Great content… Just so you know, you don’t necessarily need an ‘international driver’s license’. Your Country’s driver’s license is enough if it’s not expired and won’t expire in 12mths and you can use it for 12mths after your entry to UK after which you need to get UK license.

CAS application shouldn’t take more than 5 working day (in ideal cases) Please have you contacted the university’s admission team?

2 weeks is better in other to get set for study as well as familiarise with the environment ,but I hear 3weeks after resumption date is the deadline for entry ,I stand to be corrected though.

You cannot use a visiting visa to study and you need your CAS to get a student visa. Even if you are in the UK with your visiting visa, you will need to come back to Nigeria to get a student visa before you can study. You can only go in with your visiting visa after you have gotten your study visa, if the start date of study visa is far from the date you intend to travel but you will may need to plenty explanation at the border

My visa isn't out yet. Pls Is it advisable to get those tickets now (me and my partner)

Yes you can apply and get admission anywhere. NO you cannot switch to a student Visa while on a visit Visa you will need to go back to your home country to be eligible to apply. Hope this helps😊

@@abiolabernard8105 hi👋 when you got your visa, a letter was attached to let you know as a dependant what you can do on your visa and what you cannot do. Also on the govUK website it is stated on there what you can do and what you cannot do as a dependant. Look through again to be sure. Hope this helps 😊

Everything is centralized now. You have to fill in ur details at possap.gov.ng and pay 30,000 naira with ur card. Thereafter, u will be given an biometric appointment date in d state cid of ur choice. When u get there, the police people there that don't have character will still collect money before they allow u do ur biometrics. I paid about 12,500 naira extra to them in cash before I was able to do my biometrics. After ur biometrics, u will be notified later in the day that ur report is ready for download from ur portal. The report will have lagos stamp irrespective of the state u did ur biometrics.
