Things to Carry for Ladakh Bike Trip | Detailed Information in Telugu.
There are the things that I am carried for my Ladakh motorcycle trip 2019. it is not necessary to carry all. You can choose what is important to you. we are 3 riders so we shared lots of things in this. all this item packed in my 48 liters saddlebag. and I had no problem with this much luggage while my last year's Ladakh trip.

Sleep on floor without any pillow or mattress. Do back bending ( lie on the floor facing ground, hold your legs with hands and try to bend your body backwards to maximum possible extent and repeat 4/5 times. Do consult a doc if this didn’t help.
