    I don't see anything wrong for them not speaking English.. we are not English speaker in Africa, English is a colonial language even though the west forced is to become become international language, I am proud of seeing Rwanda's embracing thier language..... plus they respect the security of their people. Every Africans countries must take an example from them seriously.. And also this is a time for us to learn to speak other Africans languages.

    ​@ekene_eze no i don't think so She's not Rwandan but I am We must learn english well because in like 10 years if we continue to this level we'll have many tourists in our country and that will have to be an issue if we don't speak fluently english

    @@kagabopaul3126 OK I understand, but don't forget to learn and write your own language by learning English. I am Ghanaian and must of us don't speak and write well TWI because of English. I want learn to write TWI now. French and English is what speak better than my own

    At airports during checkpoints they will take out that plastic bag and keep them for you but non will arrest you

    Rwanda wasn't colonized by england brother even those who speaks English is becouse the English language was adopted ike in 2008 or 2010

    1. Sorry about that !Did you try to communicate with them in an African language? English is not their national language and they all speak Kinyarwanda 👌🏾💯🇷🇼. 2 they offered you clean bottle water and you are choked ?

    French colonized, English come after 2008 people above 30 would struggle and even people are not yet fluent
