I have introduced cold water at the end of my showers and it’s helping. I sometimes struggle with insomnia and some mornings I feel very sluggish. It’s interesting what you were saying about the small pleasures like having a coffee in a cup you like. I agree, I have a favourite mug that I’ve had for years and it just makes me happy!
