As for the nail polish u need to wear a layer at a time and then let it dry, repeat that again...I saw most of the girls try to cover up everything at one thick coat but like this the upper part of it only dry leaving a huge chance of smudge...U should definitely try this if u r suffering from that nail polish problem -- A friendly tip from a self taught nail artist
