Biasho Podder Anxiety disorder is serious issue.You need to consult with a therapist.I also suffer from anxiety and depression.You need to listen to good music,have hobbies and do something creative to get yourself out of the negative mode.

A peace of advice to all my introvert friends who are dealing with anxiety problems ❤ I was suffering with it like a month ago and then my brother explained me to not let anything bother me and live my life to fullest even if I'm alone. Just give yourself time and don't be too hard on yourself because remember it's only you whose giving you anexity so try to treat yourself like a queen. The key is being comfortable, stop thinking that u have anxiety or something. Hope it helps ☺️, it helped me a lot in one month.

I hope it was as easy to face anxiety. It's good you overcame yours but it's not easy to tell yourself to be comfortable, all the stomach aches, heart racing, nausea, dizziness being paranoid etc. does not stop just with me telling myself to stop.

Being an introvert is hard at times. We want solitude but at the same time we don't want to feel lonely and depressed. I was feeling down during my college trip and none of my friends talked with me during the whole 5 day trip😊. Those were supposed to be the best days of my college and everything got screwed. I don't talk with any of my friends from school or college. They think if I felt lonely it must be me who should've came and initiated the conversation. Anyway they were fair weather friends and it feels good to have come out of that friendship.

Kabhi dukan jana with someone and u like something and you're like debating bolu ki Ni bolu and then it's time to leave and you're like choro yar next time le lungi 😓

The moment when someone wants to talk to you but you don't get comfortable and don't know what to talk about and afterwards just think that u could have been nice to the person he only just wanted talk normal and you made him feel awkward talking to you. Uff!!!! That just happens everyday and yet hits hard !

I'm too an introvert... I get really awkward when my dance teacher asks me to show the routine steps and I suddenly forget all the steps but when my friend asks the teacher make both of us dance together I do a lot well 😂....

I m an introvert and i usually go for dinner alone. It gives me happiness. Talking with myself is the best thing of my life.

I'm an Ambivert, which means half Introvert and half Extrovert. But, during school hours, I'm mostly introvert, so nobody even bats an eye towards me. It sucks that I'm always alone. Because, since I'm an Ambivert, I need like a bestie..... Nobody wants to get to know me. But, actually, if you get to know me, I'm a pretty cool and fun person (A classmate told this to me herself). It always hurts me that no matter what I do, no one wants to talk to me. It's hard.

I am too an introvert, I observe people and situations. There are lots of awkward moments I have been through.But it's not bad to be an introvert atleast you have time to know yourself better each and everyday and enjoy the alone time. 💖💖 I love being an introvert😍

Someone like me who is completely introvert with relatives,good frnds ,in front of cute boys.. And extremely extrovert with family and bestie..😅😅 Lol!

one small piece of advice to all the introverts who hate being introverts:- tell ur brain to "SHUT UP!" tell urself i dont HAVE anxiety, i experience anxiety. Even extroverts exoerience anxiety sometimes and its perfectly normal. the more you think about how nervous/anxious/non-sociable/what ever issues u feel u have, the more they will grow. The human brain accepts what ever you tell to it. If u tell urself that u are an extrovert and a very confident person, u will automatically start feeling the changes in yourself. I myself was an introvert earlier but not anymore. 😊 however, its ultimately ur own choice. being an introvert is not bad at all.

It is not a choice we know it is bad for us and we should stop but we cannot yeah it goes if you give it some time. But if you Force yourself it will become worst

I m an introvert, we really avoid embarrassing moments, and funny is I at least have one at a day,

This is the most relatable video I found in my whole life...I didn't know that introvert people like me exist cause all my friends and other people I know are so exiting and talkative..It's so difficult for people like us to survive our day to day life.People think I am so awakward but who knows what's going on inside.Some of my friends even gets annoyed and thinks that I don't like them...Ugh!I have faced soooo many problems due to this.When will people understand😬

The most awkward thing is....when auto wale bhaiya talks continuously...and u forget to take your earphones

Introverts are very active and loud online and quiet in person and then panic when they have to meet their online friends in person

The money part was so relatable. It freaks me out to ask my money back

Tbh I think with introverts you can have great conversations..the only prob is they just don't find topics..

Relatable ✌️Being an introvert u feel like an alien

This video just portrayed my life in 5mins. I could relate to the unplanned conversation.. I literally start stammering if I don't have my script ready in my head! And yes, I am never able to take selfies in public places. NEVER.😂😂 But, being an introvert is a bliss.😇
